“Comfortable, clean and friendly. Great location”

Clean, well located close to town but very quiet. Audré was there to welcome us and excellent throughout.

“Excellent Hotel on an Excellent Island”

Good location in the quieter part of the island. All the main attractions on the island are walkable however the hotel provides bikes for free to use. Audre was extremely helpful communicating with us before our arrival and aswell during our staff, offering tips and advice. Rooms are comfortable, have hot showers and good air conditioning. Small pool outside which was lovely to spend time in around sunset.

We ourselves did not have the nicest room (at the ground floor facing the pool) but the property as a whole was nice; quiet surrounding but not far from everything; Friendly staff

I loved the swimming pool, although I am usually not a big lover of swimming pool but in this case it was important since you cannot really swim in the sea (no beaches despite the photos). Audre was very helpful and customer service was great. The hotel has got free bikes for guests which also made the holiday great as we could explore the northern island.

Wonderful place, located in the quiet part of Caye Caulker. Room was very comfortable, with beautiful balcony and nice view. Reception was very helpful - they helped us to arrange snorkelling and transport to the airport.

Location was central, very comfortable apartment, pool was small but not crowded during our stay. We borrowed bikes to get around, which was fun!

We had an amazing stay! Audre and the entire hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always very helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The free bicycles were a fantastic bonus and made getting around even easier. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional staff and a shout out to wonderful Audre who went above and beyond taking care of us. A beautiful property, immaculately clean, quiet location yet easily accessible to everything. Lovely pool and free use of bikes for guests was a bonus.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to the center and very quiet, The host was very nice and provided all the information I required about Caye Caulker and tours, etc. The room was very clean and comfy, it had all I needed, the hotel has a lovely pool area and roof patio with a panoramic view. The hotel also has a private beach front which is lovely to lounge at.

A wonderful boutique hotel on the island. VERY expensive for what was on offer (compared to other 4* places), but nonetheless a pleasant stay! the room was lovely, huge comfy bed and a well supplied kitchen. Great views to the sea and a lovely little pool to dip into to cool off. Not far from the pier and main restaurants, and walkable to what you’d need!

“Clean, spacious, and comfortable!”

We had a wonderful stay at Treetops. All the staff, managed by Audre, were great, very hard working and lovely to chat with. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. The housekeepers came every day and did a wonderful job (do leave them a tip!). The pool is really handy if you don't fancy a beach day. There are also free bikes to use whilst there. There are loads of great food and drink places close by, we really recommend a nightcap at Big Titty Rum Bar, seems to be a local fave and very good atmosphere!

“Luxurious stay in Caye Caulker”

A relaxing paradise outside of the main hustle & bustle of the centre of Caye Caulker. Free bikes available 24/7 to get around which was great, or a short walk into the main strip. Very big, spacious room with large comfortable bed, kitchenette & everything you could possibly need. Meticulously clean. Beautiful pool & roof top terrace. The property manager Audré (Céline Dion of Caye Caulker 😀) was very welcoming & helpful in every way. Highly recommend this property!
