“Perfect!!”

Everything!! It’s a gorgeous little apartment/hotel, the room had everything we needed and everything was super clean and everyone was so friendly. The pool was a lovely added bonus, it’s a tiny bit further out but we hired bikes and preferred being somewhere quieter (still easily walkable to everywhere and restaurants just not in centre strip). The owner is lovely and so helpful, they also do yoga some mornings on the rooftop.

Good pool to cool off, quiet area, free water and coffee in the room and air-conditioning was great. Free use of bikes.

Super nice owners, they help you with everything. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. Very well equiped with tea/coffee facilities and cooking if desired. Lovely large room with comforts. Just a small stroll into town. Highly recommend a stay here.

First, the positives. Seremei's location is very pleasant and secluded, if that's what you're interested in, without being far at all from restaurants, shops, etc. It is lushly green and treed, and the buildings are quite attractive as well. The pool is a nice size and temperature, and the grounds are well-maintained. The room we rented was quite spacious and well-lit, and some of the amenities (fridge, stovetop, sink) came in handy. Of course, the staff was friendly and good with recommendations for local places to visit/eat at on Caye Caulker.

Unfortunately we ran into a number of issues. There was no water pressure and water was turned off at 10pm. We only found out after booking and could not get refunded. There were blood stains on the shower curtain and a sewerage smell in the bathroom. During an afternoon sleep staff unlocked the door without knocking. We tried to pay by card on arrival, no terminals working so we had to arrange cash. For the money paid 480usd for 3 nights this was terrible value.
