Pool Location Well-appointed View of the ocean

“The Place to stay in paradise.”

Location was just perfect. View straight to the ocean. Bars and restaurants just next door , but NOT noisy or intrusive. Everythings is easy walking distance, plenty of supermarkets nearby ( 2 mins walk). The villa was really spacious, very well stocked with kitchen items for making cocktails or cooking if you wanted a night in or breakfast. Bedrooms really large and beds really comfortable, shower was good. Pool was lovely and private but still open to the beach scene. Rooftop spa and BBQ was a real bonus, it was lovely up there. Staff were very attentive, no issues at all.

The location was perfect, close enough to be near restaurants etc but far enough that it was quiet. Heyidi was so helpful and gave us great recommendations on tours and places to go. The space was great, so much room and the kitchen was completely kitted out, it was so nice to be able to have coffee and enjoy the view in the morning!

The sea views were amazing! The location is great. It’s close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The roof terrace area and pool are great for chilling out!

The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

Very nice, well-equipped and conveniently located apartment overlooking the sea, and with a lovely swimming pool.

The location was great, with nice views of the ocean and close to walk into town. Spacious apartment with a good sized kitchen to be able to make your own food. Large and comfy beds.

“Ideal location and well equipped villas”

The location was ideal both for its sea view and proximity to the split. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were easily accessible via WhatsApp. There was ample information about the island, including excursions and restaurants, provided in the apartment. The sitting room was nicely decorated, the TV was well connected, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great to have both beach towels and bath towels provided, as well as ample drinking water.

“A trip ro remember at Seaside Villas Caye Caulker”

The open layout and spacious rooms were very nice. The air-conditioning worked well and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The location is excellent with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The management team are very supportive and helpful. BTW, when in doubt, just head to "The Split" and quench your thirst with a Lizard juice

“Worth the stay”

The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the water taxi. It's also not too far of a walk away from restaurants and shops on the main street of Caye Caulker. It is also a 10-12 min walk from the property to the split. Check in was easy and they allowed us to do a really late check out which was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It also has a great sea view. The roof top is also great for relaxing in hammocks or the hot tub and watching sunrises/sunsets.
