“Very homely”

Very helpful staff

Pretty much loved everything about this guesthouse, the location was excellent really close to everything (the Split, restaurants, groceries, tour agencies literally 5 minutes away walking), facilities were great (it really gives hostel community vibes but with private well equipped rooms as all the common areas were set out really intentionally with garden games, lounge chairs etc.). Hot shower, comfortable bed, properly functioning aircon. There is even a pool (although admittedly I did not find time to make use of it!). Above all else though I think what really makes this place shine is the manager/staff - special thanks to Cecilio who really made my trip so easy with all of the great suggestions he provided, and just for being pretty much always on hand for any questions that I had and for the really warm welcome that I got when I first arrived (check-in was super smooth and also very grateful for the room upgrade). It's also a massive bonus to have the free bikes and kayaks (including life jacket) to make use of and per Cecilio's suggestions, riding the bike to the North Island (plus ferry) and also kayaking to Iguana Reef were some highlights of my trip

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was great to have use of the facilities including the small kitchen, free bikes and kayaks. The hammock outside the room was a nice place to relax away from the midday heat. Location was great, on a side street away from the main hustle and bustle but very close to everything you need.

The staff were so kind and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The guesthouse is very colourful and has a very relaxed feel about the place. The location is perfect, near all the main places. They offer free kayaks and bikes, although as the island is so small we didn’t use the bikes!

The family running the Sea n Sun were beyond warm, kind and accommodating. Everything about this place was pure perfection for those who like clean, comfortable rooms with atmospheric and relaxed vibes. After travelling for 2 months as a solo traveller in Central America I can honestly say this was my favourite place to stay.

“Solo female traveller- A home from home”

This is a really cute place, super friendly team and a home from home. Great location close to many bars, restaraunts and a short walk to sting ray beach. Super clean and great facilities. The shared toilet and shower were emaculate. My room was big and cosy with lots of fresh towels.A place to truly rest and meet fellow travellers.

Loved staying in Sea n Sun Guest house. The owners are so friendly and happy to help with anything you ask for. Loved using the bikes and kayaks which were free. So close to the main street, nice restaurants close by. We got a late ferry and they had no problem holding our luggage. Would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed this stay. Cute, colorful appearance, clean room, fresh bed linen and towels when needed, air conditioning, free use of bicycles, great location and a very kind and helpful host! I stayed here as a solo female traveler and felt very safe!

Fantastic place everything was well thought out. Great shared kitchen area and free bikes and kayaks both of which we used. Perfect location in the centre and yet quiet.

I would recommend everyone to book here if you have the chance. The host is most hospitable, so cheerful and friendly. You can use their bikes and kayaks for free. It’s a great location. The place looks better in real life than in the pictures, it’s so lovely with all the colored houses, we had a view on the beach, you have hammock on your porch, a shared kitchen with water for not too much $, it’s well cleaned.

“Perfect stay”

We were welcomed very friendly, with explanation on the property after we settled down in the room. We were able to check in a bit earlier and really liked the room. It was clean, modern, excellent size and also the private bathroom we had was great. The shared space in the garden and kitchen was really nice and the option to use bicycles and kayaks at no additional costs was a bonus. Would really recommend this place! Also the island is super relaxed, enjoy! :)

Beautiful, colourful hotel in the heart of Caye Caulker, run by an exceptionally friendly and helpful team. The bicycles and kayaks were an unexpected bonus and perfect for exploring the island. The rooms and shared areas were pristinely clean. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, unique and beautiful accommodation (loved the entrance to the property), kitchen with coffee and water and all amenities to cook if you want.
