The hotel is centrally located in the Caye Caulker village and guests are steps away from the water, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The staff were fantastic and always very helpful. The rooms were very clean. We really liked the convenience of having a bench outside our room and the lounge chairs at the water's edge.

Location was across from a great cafe, near grocery stores, the beach and activities for younger people. The room was clean. Daily room service was provided, including making the bed. However, all we needed was emptying the trash and more toilet paper.

“Great location and large comfortable rooms”

A really good budget option in a central location on Caye Caulker. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen area and two double beds, and a small shower room. We had seats on the shared balcony area in front of the room which overlooked the road and the sea. Eddie and his team are really friendly and helpful and we would recommend Rainbow Hotel. Beach towels are provided and there are chairs by the water for hotel guests to use. Caye Caulker is tiny so its is easy to walk to anywhere on the island from the hotel.

This accommodation exceeded all expectations! Excellent location, right by the beach. Clean and comfortable rooms. And it also has its own private area by the beach. Highly recommended!

“Comfortable stay in a good location”

The location of Rainbow hotel is great, with everything in walking distance (including the bars at the Split that are a couple of mins away). The room itself is pretty basic but was a decent size and very clean, with two large double beds which were really comfortable, as well as a good shower. The room was cleaned daily, with a top up of coffee and a water provided in the room every day which was a nice touch. They also have beach loungers out the front of the hotel, on a small/narrow private beach which was helpful if you didn’t want to go to a bar/wanted stay close to the hotel.

Everything was spot on host was extremely accommodating- we arrived early so as to get a full day on the quay our host held our luggage and had our room prepared for 12pm - which we were most grateful for so we could freshen ourselves

Great location in the thick of it all. Directly on main road. Understand, it’s not quiet or private. Close the storm shutters for a more peaceful sleep.

Clean & quiet in a great location. They have bike rentals at very reasonable rates but we mostly walked everywhere. There is a loud bar next door but once inside our room it was not noticeable. We felt we had good value for the price.

Everything on Caulker is fairly close but Rainbow felt like it was a good location, sort of middle of everywhere we really wanted to go. Under 5 minutes to the ferry, split or west sunset restaurants. The lounge chair area is decent and it even has a bit of a beach out front you can cool off in. They have bike rentals which makes it easy to grab for a day and get around the islands. The restaurant was also good. The owner/operator family are great, friendly people who always greet you with a smile and hello. Overall a very good stay.
