Rachel Land is very good value accommodation in a quiet part of Caye Caulker, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, however nowhere is so far away on the island. I chose the place because it had two separate bedrooms and a kitchen area. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to rent bikes from them to get around easily. I would say let staff know on arrival you want bikes as they don't have many. I appreciated that you were given beach and bath towels and the air con was essential after the heat of the day. The King Size bed is huge and comfortable. Lovely outdoor area to eat food and also a line to hang wet clothes to dry.

“Confortable, Peaceful and Affordable”

The apartahotel has a kitchen which helps a lot if you are staying for more than one night. Its very spacious too with a living room area, that makes it cozy if you are sharing rooms. The beds are like-new, so they were super confortable. Although the place was a little far from down town, we kinda liked that because we had zero noise when it came to sleeping. The staff is only available during the day but they are very helpful.

We were very happy with our stay at Rachel's Land. The warm welcome, spacious accommodation & very efficient air con added to a great stay. We very much appreciated the laundry service, it was fast but also carefully done. The receptionist was very helpful, providing filtered water at a good price and taxi numbers for our departure.

The beds are big and comfortable, the bathroom is nice and clean, the ac and fan were a big + in Belize’s hot weather.

The appartement was really spacious and has everything you need in the Kitchen.

“Very nice..”

Huge, very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, although we had to pay for drinking water. Great location, nice terrace area with hammocks and friendly, helpful staff. Really nice place to stay, especially if you want to be in a quiet location and like to self cater.

We had one big room with a well equipped kitchen, it was very clean. Staff were friendly and organised cheap water for us. All in all for the price a very good option to stay in Caye Caulker.

This is a wonderful place, the more so as it had a very friendly price. The room was unusually spacious, had a well equipped kitchen, supermarkets and fruit stalls are nearby, the sea is just a short walk away.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with great air conditioning. It’s a bit farther from Split, but totally manageable and even more convenient if you rent a bike to get around.

“A nice quiet spot in Caye Caulker”

The area is very quiet as you are a 15-20 minute walk from the main area which was great for us. The staff were very quick to respond to fixing a few intermittent issues with the WiFi and water. Has a water dispenser in the room and you can buy huge bottles of water from the front desk which is an excellent idea. The room was very spacious and clean.

The reception/cleaner was the best!

Good value for money and Sandy was very nice.
