The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. All necessary facilities included. The host is friendly and helpful. The location is out of the busy street, yet walking distance to everywhere.

Everything was excellent. Extremely friendly hosts. Bikes were available to use to go around the island. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Excellent, friendly and warm staff, great balcony with hammock, quiet, appreciated use of free bikes, loved the A/C in our room (needed!), and super appreciated the ride to the water taxi on our last morning!

Very clean and spacious. Aircon unit in the bedroom is very good. Kitchen was really handy and we made breakfast every morning. Shane and Sara live on site and are really approachable and helpful if needed, but could also go the entire stay without interaction if desired. Private outdoor space with seating and hammock. Location is about 15 minute walk from the split and a little less to the ferry port - close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Free use of bikes and free drinking water provided. Would gladly stay here again if in Caye Caulker.

“Amazing”

We loved our stay here so much that we decided to extend for an extra night! The place was clean and well-furnished, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the air conditioning was effective. The hosts are incredible! They were so friendly, happy to help with any requests, and quick to respond when needed but also not overbearing. It was great that they were only a WhatsApp message away, but at the same time our studio felt very private and even had its own outdoor space. The location was great - it was easy to walk (or ride one of the free bikes provided by the property) to anywhere on the island. We can’t recommend this place enough, 10/10.

Loved our stay here! They have free bikes you can use to ride around the island. The room was really comfy. We loved the little kitchen in the room, we got supplies from the grocery store around the corner and cooked breakfast each morning! The hosts are lovely people, they gave us a lift to the ferry when we were leaving! Would definitely recommend this place!
