Great property in a very quiet location, though still close to the restaurants. Francis has taken personal care of us. House is lovely, clean, kitchen is well equiped. We took tour with Francis as well, both were wonderfull. You can spend your time at the beach and will be there alone most of the time, since the property is small (pls note that swimming is not recommend, as pretty much everywhere on this island). We have very much enjoyed our vacation there.

Lovely little cottage just outside of town. Looking out onto water and very quiet. Frances, the host, was extremely helpful. Can also recommend his snorkelling tour.

location is a bit away from the split, so more quiet. Accomodation comes with bikes which is super handy. Owner (Francis) was super helpfull with pick ups, drop offs or any kind of tours, etc.

Spacious , well equipped property with a balcony overlooking the sea . Would recommend the cottage for 2 . Quiet area, so peaceful and relaxing , yet close to restaurants and the centre.Beer and coffee on arrival was very welcome . Francis picked us up from the ferry .

We loved our stay at Hidden Treasures BlueBay Cottage. Perfect location and Francis made us feel like family. He goes above and beyond. His motto is he sells peace and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations right from the moment we were picked up at the water taxi by the owner Francis we felt very welcome. It was so nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the center yet close enough that a quick bike ride on the complementary bikes or a nice short walk and you could find some tasty treats at the bakery or delicious fresh fruit or juice. An evening dinner was a short enjoyable walk away.

great place to stay in Caye Caulker. the staff/ owner were extremely nice and accommodating. the room was perfect, bed comfy, shower had hot water and there was air con. the location was beautiful and not too far away but far enough from the hustle and bustle of town. thanks

The location was quiet but close to town. The waterfront was peaceful and great sunsets and birdlife. Francis was an exceptional host, very knowledgeable about the natural resources in the area. We would definitely go back and bring some friends too.

Great quiet location directly at the water. Fully equiped cottage, it has everything you need and the host will do everything to fulfill all your wishes. Would totally recomend, it is for sure the best location in cay caulker. PS: we really appreciated the welcome beer!
