There's a nice relaxed atmosphere about the place. My room was clean and comfortable and the yard outside and behind has shady places to sit or lie in a hammock, although there was some reconstruction work going on at the time I was there. There's also a nice pier they own going out to sea where you can sit or swim, although they didn't point this out till the last day. Caye Caulker doesn't really have any beaches, except at the ends of the island. There's no restaurant here, but it's well located for the many bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Companies organising snorkelling and dicing rips are nearby.

Excellent value for money. I stayed a few places on the island and this was by far the nicest. The 'budget' room was basic but very nice and great value for a private room. Shared bathrooms were clean and there was communal outdoor space with hammocks and seating that was great to hang out in. Excellent central location and very friendly owner. The basic room had a fan and was a good temperature. It was quiet and calm but could still socialise with other guests in the shared outdoor area if you like.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of 12 people and we had a fantastic experience. The owner was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful – very relaxed and friendly. Everything was perfectly organized, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The location is also great, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I can honestly recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. We would definitely love to come back!

Our stay was perfect overall! The location is excellent, and having direct access to the dock and the water is a huge plus. The room was very clean and well maintained.

“Decent value, central location.”

Decent value place right in the centre of things yet not noisy. We had a budget room with a shared external bathroom which was kept scrupulously clean. The shower is hot and powerful. There are good hammocks for lounging and coffee in the morning for $2 The room was a good size, and as plain as you would expect for the price.

The room is well furnished and perfectly clean! The location of the hotel is perfect.

Lovely place to stay on the main strip yet very quiet and cosy

The location is amazing!! They have a private ponton with stingrays swimming underneath. Close to everything, the rooms were super comfy (a bit stuffy sometimes but we knew that).

The property is really nice, looks just like the pictures. There is drinking water and hammocks around the property. Room is small but definitely suited our needs on a budget! Overall a very good stay

Room is very spacious with places to leave your stuff. the shared bathroom is very clean, and the room was too. Common areas very good with hammocks for chilling out.

This place is awesome! I think the location is FABULOUS & the price is very RIGHT! The hangout area is wonderful to decompress, hammocks in both front and back of property and a the guest house is fenced for a little added security! Loved the private dock and the swimming area, used it daily!
