Villa Royal is located in the centre of Cavtat, 200 metres from pebbly and stone beaches. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are provided. Everything is clean and the facilities in the room are excellent. The air conditioning is very good. The view from the balcony to the sea is magical.

We liked the peace and atmosphere in the villa. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was very good. Close to the center and the beach. Clean room, friendly staff.

We had two room. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working. With nighttime temperatures of 30 degrees this was not acceptable.

The location is close to the beach and the center. Large and clean room with a nice view. Breakfast and coffee are excellent. Cavtat is a very beautiful place.

It was perfect! The host was very kind and gave useful information. I was especially impressed by the varied breakfast. The room is on the second floor with an excellent view. The room has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

A very good selection of breakfast and I am especially glad that there was fresh fruit every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. This is my third time visiting this place and I will definitely come again.
