“Beautiful stay at Villa Magnolia”

Great location, very comfortable and spacious. Lovely apartment in the heart of Cavtat, in close walking distance to shops, restaurants and swimming. We really enjoyed our time here

Car park too far away from the property. With all the luggage wasn't much fun going upstairs and later downstairs.

The Villa is perfectly positioned to holiday in Cavtat, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Villa Magnolia is well equipped for residents, washing machine and dishwasher available in the kitchen, beautiful views from several windows and comfortable leather suite in the living area with excellent air conditioning to welcome you on the hottest days.

Beds and bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated. The one bathroom was modern and great shower. Good outdoor space and air-conditioning.

While there were quite a few steps up to the property, it was located very close to restaurants and shops. It was ideal for a family, 3.5 bedrooms and a small outdoor area where we enjoyed breakfast.

Traditional home in Cavtat harbour with views onto the bay. Three storeys with 2 double rooms with a shared bathroom on the top floor. The 2nd floor has a double room and a single room with another shared bathroom, with an amazing shower. The ground floor has double doors onto the terrace area, with a single door opening onto the same area from the kitchen. There is ample comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart tv which you can use to login to nexflix, youtube, spotify etc. There is also a downstairs toilet. The kitchen had everything needed to make all your own meals, should you wish to do that. There was no aircon in the bedrooms, but the a/c unit on the top floor and the a/c unit on the ground floor do a great job. No need for a/c in the bedrooms to be fair. Ivona was so helpful, and very quick to respond to any of our queries. If you don't know Cavtat, and if you want to stay this close to the centre, and in a traditional home, there are going to be steps. Nothing can change that except to stay in one of the hotels on the flat. Be prepared that after a flight and transfer, you will be tired, and wish there were no steps. However, once settled, and for the rest of the week these steps were no issue. There are a few ways to get to the villa, one is from the church side with more spread out steps, others are more steep steps from the waterfront by the restaurants. None of us - all under 50 had any problem with the steps at all. It was great to sit out the front for the morning coffee or evening beer. There was space for 5 to sit around the table and it was sufficient indeed for the party of 5 adults and 2 kids.

“Central and cosy for Cavtat”

Lovely house in the centre of the old town. Steps to and from the beaches and main 'commercial' hub - restaurants, shops, ice cream. Good layout of the house, large main living room, small but big enough kitchen, courtyard area and then 2 beds on each floor with separate bathrooms. Good to have a toilet on the ground floor too.

Great location in the Old Town. A few minutes from all the amenities and a short walk to the beach. Clean with large comfortable rooms. Charming terrace.

The location of the house is very central, rooms and beds are comfy. Living room furniture is a bit vintage but also extremely comfortable. Lovely little patio.
