Situated only 500 metres from the centre of Cavtat and 600 metres the sea, the family-owned Villa Adria is beautifully set amidst quiet and relaxing lush surroundings, offering completely furnished and equipped rooms. The small seaside resort offers you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sunny climate and breath-taking nature. Villa Adria is only 25 metres from a supermarket. The owners will happily assist you in case of any inquiries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A shared kitchen is available for guests.

“Great stay walkable to the center, with a cute little balcony and free parking.”
The balcony was a highlight! The staff member I dealt with was amazing! He found me a travel adapter when I was desperate for one as I lost mine the day before. Walkable to the center and free on-site parking. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport, without feeling like an airport stay in any way! Overall, a charming little spot!

“Nice stay between Dubrovnik and airport”
Very clean. Friendly host, good WiFi and comfortable beds. Close to bus stop for #10 bus to/from Dubrovnik and a short (but steep) walk down to Cavtat town. Good size terrace and shutters meant the room was nice and dark for a great night's sleep. Air con worked well. There was a kettle in the room and shares kitchen facilities which was well equipped.

The guy was so kind everywhere was so clean was so happy with what we got for the small price he plus definitely stay here again and only a short walk from the sea front and all the restaurants

We've only stayed 1 night, so we didn't have enough time to truly appreciate the accommodation as we went out to get some sun. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Fell in love with Cavtat. And would stay here again, definitely.

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room with a big space to sit outside. Exceptional value for money. Location on the edge of Cavtat was a great place for a last night stay before heading back to the airport to fly home, and Cavtat is a lovely little town with plenty of places to eat and some nice walks around the headland.
