We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment was phenomenal—beautifully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, the space felt cozy and well thought out, with all the utilities you might imagine readily available. One of the best things about the location is how close it is to the beach—just a short walk of about three minutes after stepping out, and you’re already on the promenade. The town itself is truly charming and adds to the whole experience. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, and the check-in process, including key pickup, was smooth and pleasant. In the evenings, the area in front of the apartment is beautifully lit, making it perfect for relaxing outside late into the night. The apartment is also well-heated if needed, and there were plenty of blankets provided—even though we stayed in May. Everything was truly wonderful, and we have nothing but praise. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us—our little dog absolutely loved the space and enjoyed the stay as much as we did! Highly recommended!

“Cute place in historic core”

Anita was very communicative and friendly. The location is very convenient and you can walk easily into the town and the other way to the harbour. There is a lovely little restaurant next to the steps there. It’s quiet and i enjoyed the small courtyard, pretty and a nice place to relax.

We spent 4 wonderful nights staying at the Vacation House in gorgeous Cavtat.  The house is just as described online.  It has great accommodation space - a good sized living room/kitchen downstairs and a large bedroom & bathroom upstairs. Outside there is roomy patio which gives both sun and shade during most of the day. The house is well equipped with everything you should need. There are plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. The bathroom is a good size with a great shower, toiletries and lots of towels. The bed is large and very comfortable.  Everywhere in the house was spotlessly clean. The accommodation's owner, Anita, was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions that we had.  The house is well located, close to all the restaurants & bars on Cavtat's wonderful seafront where you can sit, to eat or drink, looking out upon the magnificent bay, with its marvellous array of boats of all sizes.  Places to swim are plentiful and all within easy reach. There are some really nice swimming spots a short walk along the very pretty coastal path that takes you around the small peninsula on which Cavtat is located. There are a number of places along the pathway where you can hire sun-beds for the day and you will also find a few small bars there. In terms of transportation, there is a taxi-boat available to take you into Dubrovnik from the seafront. The bus station, with it's direct (50-minute) bus service to Dubrovnik, is less than a 10-minute walk away. And, if you arrive in Dubrovnik by ferry, the same bus (No. 10) will take you from the ferry port to Cavtat. The taxi ride to/from the airport is under 15 minutes and Anita will book it for you.  We would strongly recommend booking Anita's house.

Staying at Vacation House Cavtat was a great experience. The house is very cute and has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. It is very contemporary and has a well equipped kitchen. This charming property is only a few steps away from a beautiful beach, that also has a great restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the day. Sunbeds and umbrellas were also available for daily rental at the beach. The house is surrounded by pine trees and other vegetation that make the atmosphere so enjoyable and relaxing. We very much enjoyed being able to be within a few steps to everything, the beach, the path along the coast, the restaurants near the marina and the public parking where we parked the car throughout our stay. Anita the host was so responsive, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

“Everything was perfect for our eight-day stay, a real home from home!”

Anita, the host, met us upon our arrival and had arranged a transfer from the airport to the end of the harbour at the closest point to the property and we were assisted with our cases. You could not wish for a friendlier host, and Anita made us feel at home immediately. She had even provided welcoming provisions. We stayed in the smaller house and we were extremely comfortable there. The outside seating area was a perfect place to relax when not out and about, and Cice, the friendly grey and white cat was so sweet! We would certainly consider staying here again. The property is in a perfect location for access to the harbour and its restaurants and bars, and the beaches. What a wonderful place!
