Very nice hosts. They drove us from and to the airport, even so we could pick up our delayed baggage. Location is amazing, restaurants and the beach are near. I can only recommend!

Fantastic hosts. So friendly and generous. They could not do enough for us. Always on hand to offer advice and lovely company. The one bedroom apartment was clean and always cool which was great in the Croatian heat. There is so much history to the place which is so interesting to hear about from them as they are so passionate about it. The location could not be any better and we would not hesite to book again. We would recommend to anyone.

Location was prime! It was also a really nice apartment and very comfortable!

Perfect location in centre of Cavtat, large extremely comfortable beds , apartment is so clean and bright, views from terrace are beautiful especially at sunset!, Lily and Harvey are perfect hosts treating us to homemade cake and fresh figs , they are always available if you need anything,we hope to return again soon!

Well exceeded expectations from the start. Good communication from the hosts before we arrived. The hosts were so welcoming and warm kind people. The apartment itself was stunning! A beautiful building with fantastic history and very respectfully renovated with such attention to detail. All the facilities you could ask for. The location was fantastic right on the docks. Can’t fault the situation of the property, right onto the promenade. Right by all the various boat trips and loads of restaurants. Only 5 minutes walk to swimming areas. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Lovely hosts.

Palace Peranrus exceeded our expectations in every way. From the warm welcome by Lily and Harvey, to Lily’s delicious homemade treats, and Harvey’s fascinating historical insights about the house (I won’t give too much away - you need to discover it for yourself), everything was simply perfect. The house itself has a rich history, and every window frames an incredible view - whether it’s the quaint bay of Cavtat or its charming red-roofed buildings. From each window, it truly feels like gazing into a painting, and it’s even more beautiful than the photos suggest (and that’s no exaggeration). From the terrace, you can watch the sun sink low, disappearing behind the start of the lungomare as the sky melts into shades of gold. Inside, the high ceilings give the space a grand and airy feeling. The apartment is very spacious, filled with light from the large windows. Our hosts were, without a doubt, the best we’ve had. They provided beach towels and cushions, surprised us with Croatian sweet delicacies, and, living right next door, were always attentive to anything we might need. We loved the short walks to hidden coves along the shaded lungomare - what a peaceful escape from the crowds of Dubrovnik - with the air scented by pine and fig trees! You can also enjoy the wonderful sunsets at the mausoleum and at the beach near Hotel Croatia. Cavtat itself is a hidden gem: peaceful, beautiful, and full of secrets. Everything a traquil walk away. This place offers so much more than the description or the pictures suggest, and we truly hope to return. This is the place to stay in Cavtat.

The hosts were lovely, friendly and the simply the best!. They picked us up at the airport and sometimes they would bring you coffee and cakes as a treat!!

Lily & Harvey are the perfect hosts The apartment was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need . I couldn’t recommend more .. enjoy your stay!

The apartment was very clean and cozy, with everything we needed. It looks the same or even better than on photos. The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beautiful promenade, restaurants, and the peaceful town of Cavtat. Liliana and Harvey are incredibly kind and caring hosts who truly made us feel at home. They also showed us the building’s fascinating history, which made the stay even more special. Harvey said- trust me you will love Cavtat, this is the best place! And he didn’t lie ☺️We planned to stay 2 nights and stayed 4 – we loved it that much! 100% recommend!

The hosts are exceptionally kind and helpful. From providing useful information about Cavtat to baking cakes for our enjoyment to picking us up and dropping us off at the airport (for a small additional charge), there was nothing that was too much trouble. We had the one bedroom apartment and it was well equipped. The location was excellent and I cannot recommend Cavtat enough.

Location was fantastic Thé host was so kind and friendly. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully appointed. It was very interesting to hear the history of the place from him while he shared home made aperitif with us!
