“Don’t miss it - great accomodation, facilities, view, garden pool and views!”

The apartment was great for a family of four with lots of space in the bedroom, massive and comfortable sofa bed and big terrace that looked out over the sea. The pool and gardens were excellent, the photos don’t do them justice. There were lots of sun loungers and Maro the host was on hand with welcome drinks, cocktails and drinks when wanted (all at very good prices). The best parts though were the food - we had the meat under the bell and fish menu whilst there and both meals were the best we’ve had whilst in Croatia - extremely generous portions (kids shared one adult meal). Breakfast is also amazing - don’t skip it. It’s great value, coffee is delicious and kids loved the waffles. The apartment also offers great value for money. There is a hill and steps up to the apartment from town but this was fine for us - there are taxis at good rates if needed.

The owners were just the loveliest people. We had dinner at the property and the quality and taste was very very good? Super fresh ingredients picked from their own garden together with exceptional quality wine and probably the best mojito I’ve ever had. Maronand Nicole were fabulous hosts. We will definitely return and share this special place with our families.

This has to be one of the best locations I have ever stayed at. The property comprises of 3 luxury new build apartments and is a family run business. The rooms are super spacious and pristine with attention to detail. The grounds around the property are also pristine with many seating areas, loungers and pool that give a great holiday feel by day and a relaxed ambiance at night and is beautifully laid out with surrounding decor, orchard plants, flowers and stunningly lit at night. Although the apartments have a self contained kitchen, Maro and Nicole offer a delicious breakfast and dinner menu of which they cook specially for you in a the original outhouse building of which they have converted into a bar with a cosy fire which gives the feel of being looked after personally. They grow much of their own produce so all fresh, organic and local including their own herbs. Mojitos with their fresh home grown mint and their own wine with their chosen grapes is a must while watching the sun go down. As the property is high up, you have the best sunset view and it is only a 10-15 minute walk down onto Cavtat promenade which also has many beautiful restaurants and a lovely walks around the islands. At the promenade you can book all your day and evening trips and there are frequent boat taxis to take you into The Old Town and surrounding locations. I went on this holiday alone but I never felt alone as Maro and Nicole take such pride in looking after their guests with such attention to detail. I 100% recommend this property and location. What a wonderful holiday and I come home with a full heart. Thank you both so much.

The location was great. Host was amazing and the property/gardens were fabulous.

Would give ten stars if I could, absolutely wonderful! We were quite delayed on our journey but our host was at the hotel, greeting us personally, ensuring we got to the room and that everything was okay. The room itself was gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. In the morning we were able to sit outside, taking in the gorgeous views while having breakfast, before continuing on our way. Great location close to the airport but equally an easy distance from the center of Dubrovnik (one local bus and bob’s your uncle!). Quite bummed we only had one night as we could have stayed for longer! Will 100% come back.

A really relaxed, informal setup with a very attentive and accommodating host. There’s an amazing and tasty dinner available, cooked in their authentic outbuilding. Breakfast was awesome and it was so nice to have a coffee and drinks in the lovely garden. Lovely view of the sea and sunset from our balcony. Clean & comfortable. Cavtat is a lovely town with nice waterside and restaurants (close to airport so do get planes(.

Fantastic spot and host

“Fantastic trip, beautiful amenities, exceptional hosts!”

What can I say, Maro and Nicole are fantastic hosts. We absolutely loved staying with them. So much so we nearly extended our trip! Staying here was an absolute dream and we intend to visit again! If you stay here you can expect a chill atmosphere and great locally sourced food and wine in the Konoba (restaurant) morning and evening. If you like fish/seafood, definitely get the platter and if you prefer meat, the veal under the bell is the best we ever tasted. The pool is spotless & the loungers are extremely comfortable. Maro's Dad often dropped off fresh Figs from the tree for us. It's a short 15minute walk into the town, where there are some nice stony beaches, though we would recommend a good pair of trainers for this as there are some hills to negotiate. The village is lovely and you can get a boat into Dubrovnik to see it for the day. Maro's recommendations for things to do and places to see are exceptional and if you stay here you should definitely ask! Overall this is a fabulous property, complimented by brilliant hosts, a beautiful restaurant and pool, giving it really more of a boutique hotel vibe.

Perfect, location way up the hill but taxi by host and in village so easy, 10€ each way. Amazing views and our apartment had front and rear balcony so one always in the shade.

- Everything! - rooms are big and beds are comfortable, they have everything you need for your stay. - if you prefer relaxing: the garden, relax area & pool are super comfy! + there is a little house made of stone from 1936 in the garden with lots of homemade tasty liquor :) - for a little bit of adventure: There is a beautiful „hiking“ area along the coast (4mins drive away) where you can swim (clear blue water) and watch the sunset too (it‘s a must!!!) - the hosts are super friendly, we thank them a lot for their hospitality!
