Very nice and clean modern apartment with beautiful views from the balcony. Great value for money. About a 15/20 minute walk from the centre of Cavtat which is an absolutely beautiful town with many bars and restaurants. They provided you with everything you could possibly need & we enjoyed the welcome drink & the apple strudel, a lovely touch!

An unforgettable stay! I just spent a fantastic stay at aparatments Orange tree and I can only highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring us perfect nights of rest. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with high-quality toiletries. The location of the accommodation is ideal: just a few steps from the main tourist attractions and delicious restaurants. We enjoyed the included breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and tasty options, perfect for starting the day with energy. A special thanks goes to the staff, always available and ready to provide advice on what to see and do in the area. They truly made our stay special. In summary, I highly recommend this Place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place. We can’t wait to return!

The host met us on arrival and welcomed us with a complimentary drink,he was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. The apartment was spotless clean,well equipped and comfortable,very peaceful location for a good nights sleep after a day enjoying the delights of Cavtat.

the room was very tastefully and well decorated, comfortable bed, everything you could want to cook for two for 2 or 3 days. Andre the Host met our taxi as it arrived and was extremely friendly and helpful.. bringing a bottle of wine for a very welcoming drink. The place is very modern and the sea view from the balcony looking up the coast to Dubrovnik is stunning. WC/Shower room, very clean and new. Good shower with lashings of hot water. Pool was very clean and ample sun bathing / shady spots, pool towels supplied by the property... lovely walk down into Cavtat around 15 to 20 minutes - longer uphill on the hike back ... or 9 Euros for a taxi. Property is very very close to Dubrovnik airport.. 5 to 10 minutes away.

There were small details of comfort and warmth thst made me happy. Small biscuits for the breakfast, a french coffee machine, dishes, utensils, toaster, small table with 2 chairs for eating, nightstands tablenwith 2 chairs at the balcony .Ceramic stovetop and small fridge. It was a totally jndependent apartment where someone could cook a full meal! Also the very kind host, Ante, was available to help and friendly at every possible need! The balcony had a fairly good view of the sea despite the fact I stayed at a studio room and not at a larger apartment, as I was a solo traveller. I will surely return the soonest possible! I recommend it!

We like EVERYTHING that this appt offers! Probably its distance to the beach and old town is not the shortest, its pool is not the biggest we have ever stayed in Croatia, but without any doubt, Mario, is the kindest host we have ever met in Croatia. He welcomed us with fresh drinks and home-made cookies (really delicious), and also thanks for him, we could feel easily and appreciate that he has taken so good care of every details, from inside of the appt to outside pool, garden, parking, ... all have been so well maintained and prepared meticulously to offer the most comfortable stay possible to the guests. We would like to give a note of 11 over 10 to this appt and host. Thank you sincerely, Mario! We will surely come back to see you the next time we visit Croatia again.

Wonderful welcome with drinks and apple strudel. Accommodation is great ,no faults and 6 mins to the airport.

Communication was smoothly, owner helped us through difficult times (we were both a bit travel sick upon arrival). He waited us with a big smile and cold drinks and homemade snacks. Absolute dear. Swimming pool was so nice. Quiet and calm area. Amazing views. Quality work with the apartments. We truly enjoyed!

“This accommodation didn't disappoint 👏”

Absolutely amazing and can't wait to go back. The only two things is we would have preferred smaller and softer pillows as we couldn't use them and had to use the small cushions. This is no way anything bad, just a recommendation. The shower not being regulated properly (think it was broken) as it was scorching hot which wasn't enjoyable 😔 and not matter what way we turned it, it didn't improve. Only minor issues that in no way changed our whole experience of being absolutely amazing. Staff, location and property were just fabulous 👌

The property was so clean and well equipped. Ante the host was so welcoming, we were greeted with homemade apple strudel and a bottle of wine, in the fridge we had 2 bottles of water and a carton of apple juice and Ante also provided us with a carton of milk as the supermarket was closed. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future it is beautiful.

We loved everything about this apartment from the facilities, location, friendliness of owner and the view from the balcony. We would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was pretty good and the hosts were very kind. The common chill-out is beautiful and comfortable. Not a big but perfect for relaxing.
