“Wonderful stay”
Matej was excellent host. Excellent communication, friendly, helpful. He gave us lots of information about the area and picked us up and dropped us at the airport. The apartment was spotless,well equipped, and from one of the balconies there was a great view to Dubrovnik in the distance. The apartment was approximately 30 minutes walk to Cavtat or a bus ran every 30 minutes, taking less than 5 minutes and costing 1euro 60 .

This apartment was amazing, and we were particularly impressed by its impeccable cleanliness, it genuinely stands out as one of the cleanest rooms or apartments we've ever stayed in. Beyond that, the host was exceptionally kind and helpful, which made our experience even more positive.

“Superb Service”
The Apartment is Prestine clean and comfortable, felt like home. The balcony view were amazing specially on sunset as it faces the beach. View on your right is the hills which add a touch. Matej (Landlord) looked after us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would come back again whenever we visit dubrovnik. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The apartment is great — everything is new, and the host is very friendly. It's a bit far from Dubrovnik, but you can easily take bus number 10 to get there.

“The property was perfect for us.”
It was spotlessly clean. We loved the terrace and views. The bed was comfortable and a great double shower. It was well equipped and the host attentive and gave some great recommendations. There is a supermarket 5 mins away and a bakery that is 1 minute walk.

“Perfect getaway place with the best host ever! :)”
Apartment was exceptionally clean with all of the amenities you need, in quiet area and you can see they are experienced in hospitality as every single detail you might need during your stay was covered. Host was truly one of a kind - friendly and talkative taking good care of all guests and being there for everything you need. He picked me up at the airport and dropped me off, got great local recommendations, towels were changed in time and Matej was there for whatever was needed - couldn’t ask for more. Cavtat is a lovely small place you can explore on foot, so don’t worry about booking your accommodation in Zvekovica as there is bus 10 just 5 minutes walking distance from accommodation and also Uber or regular taxi service is always available - it’s a quick less than 5 minutes drive you’ll enjoy. I travel frequently, but this level of hospitality is rarely experienced. You can see they enjoy what they do through dedication, so looking forward to coming back one day! :)

We loved everything about this apartment. It had all the necessary equipments for our short stay. From the location to our host. Matej was so welcoming and offered to pick and drop us from and to the airport. We especially loved the balcony, we enjoyed our evenings eating dinner there whilst enjoying the views. Bus stop and grocery shops are a few mins walking distance away. Highly recommend

On arrival Mateji decorated the room as it was my boyfriends birthday, which was amazing ! The room was very clean, tidy and modern. The host Matej was very helpful and friendly. He kept in touch through out our stay, offering advice on places to go. Matej also picked us up from the airport and dropped us back at the airport, he was amazingly helpful !! We would definitely visit and stay here again !

“The best apartment you can choose, when in Cavtat!”
We were here last year already, and we can't say anything other than that this accommodation is perfect in every aspect. Matej, our host, is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had, polite, accommodating, and absolutely great. We feel welcome here, like at home. The location of the place is excellent too: quiet, away from Cavtat town, yet central enough that you can easily reach the old town in just a few minutes. When we return to Cavtat, we will book with Matej and his family again (and again)! Thank you so much for everything!

Super clean, lovely, spacious and comfortable. With everything you need. Balcony with a nice view. The hosts were super kind and caring and very responsive to any requests. Matej kindly offered to pick me up in Dubrovnik and dropped me off at the airport at the end of my stay. Very quiet. Grocery store nearby. 30 min walk to Cavtat or 5 euro uber ride.
