“Everything was great. Highly recommended”

Superb location. Less than 10 mins drive from airport and literally a 1 minute walk into the centre of Cavtat, where there are numerous bars & restaurants (the 7 we went to were all good). The terrace has great views of the town and smaller bay, and catches the sun all day. There is a short walk up the driveway/steps to the apartment but nothing too taxing. The hosts were great (they live under the property). Very clear communication in the lead up, warm welcome on arrival and then just left us to it. The beds are comfortable, the shower very powerful, kitchen well stocked and 2 x TVs. We only used the pool a few times but was really good - exceptionally clean, like the property as a whole. Mosquitos are a nuisance so would use the plug in repellents at night. Regular boats to Dubrovnik from larger bay. 45 mins and €20 return.

“Best location, beautiful apartment, fantastic view, great host”

We had an amazing four-day stay at this villa! Juraj is truly the best host in the world – warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. The house is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. The balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views over Cavtat, and there’s also a gorgeous pool to enjoy. Having a private garage was a huge plus – no need to carry luggage up the stairs. Everything is so convenient: just a 2-minute walk to the supermarket, seafood market, bars, and restaurants. Next time we come to Croatia, we will definitely stay here again!

The veranda was absolutely beautiful and perfect place to watch the sunsets. The access to the pool was also excellent. The pool was very clean and lots of sun chairs and sunshades. The apartment was very central and very close to restaurants at night .

Great location being close to town and had a good view of the harbour and town from the terrace. The apartment was lovely and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The pool area was great and we had sole use of it whilst we were there. Lovely place to stay.

“Amazing apartment at a great location.”

Our stay at Apartment Obradovic can be summarized in one word: Amazing. The apartment is located close to the center of Cavtat, which is a cozy town. The apartment is located on a little hill (only 1 min walk), which gives you a nice view over Cavtat. The hosts of the apartment are friendly and show much hospitality. One of the highlights of the apartment is the pool. The pool is clean, big and is at a good temperature. We always had the pool for ourselves, the hosts would only use it if we were not there. Second highlight of the apartment is the balcony. Wonderful to have dinner and watch the sunset over Cavtat. Finally, all necessary things were available at the apartment. All in all, we definitely would recommend this apartment.

“Lovely apartment with stunning views”

This is a lovely apartment with a large private terrace with stunning views over the sea in both of the bays of Cavtat. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped for a short stay. The apartment is actually better than the photographs. It is slightly larger than it appears, and the sitting area and terrace have new furniture. The driveway leads off the central area of Cavtat so very easy to reach restaurants, bars and seaside within a few minutes walk. Access to the swimming pool was also much appreciated. We wish that we had stayed for longer! The owner was very welcoming and helpful - thank you Jurji, we hope to return in future!

“Exceptional location and excellent property.”

This was our second stay; we visited Cavtat from the US two years ago, and had the good fortune to stay at Apartment Obradovic for our second night then. We couldn't wait to get back, and this time, we brought two friends to stay as well. The property is located a 1-minute walk into the city center, and you do not have to navigate any of the steep hills surrounding the town. The pool area is stunning, the patios amazing and filled with flowers and fruit trees, and the sunset view is gorgeous. We especially appreciated having a washing machine as we were on our third week of travel through Europe and the Balkans. Cavtat is a gorgeous and charming little village right on a picturesque harbor. It is a walking village, so it is peaceful and unique with many fabulous restaurants and shops. If you're lucky, you might catch a water polo game in the harbor while dining. At the time we were there, the owners were building a new property next door that will be available for rent the next time we visit. Juraj is an excellent host.

It’s location was perfect

The apartment is beautiful, with some of the best views we've experienced. The terrace is large and we spent hours just reading and people watching. The sunsets from here are incredible! The pool is a great bonus and there are two external showers also. The apartment is very well equipped with two large TVs, toaster, microvace, oven, coffee filter, kettle, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The owner were really helpful and welcoming and left us to enjoy the apartment. It's just a couple of minutes walk down a small hill from everything in Cavtat. Highly recommended, we would return!

Beautiful property with an amazing terrace and stunning views in every direction. Host was very flexible with our early arrival allowing us to leave our luggage and noting the key would be in the door upon our return. It worked great. Weather was initially rainy, and the host had several umbrellas on the porch for guest use, as well as an extra in the apartment. The property is just meters from the village center, walkable to everything within minutes, but quieter than being right on the promenade. The apartment was spacious, spotless and completely updated with gorgeous views of two different bays, as well as the village. We loved the terrace area with its table, chairs, porch swing and rack for drying items. This is a truly special accommodation.

The apartment was beautiful and well-appointed and the view from the balcony was stunning. It was very close to all amenities with a bus stop just across the road with a regular service to Dubrovnik, and all the bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walking distance. The pool area was lovely but it was a shame we didn't use it much as the weather was a bit on the cool side, and we were out exploring for most of the day. The hosts live beneath the property. They were very friendly and told us to just ask if we needed anything - which we didn't as there was everything we needed in the apartment - washing and cleaning products, towels, toiletries, etc. We would definitely return to this apartment if we went back to Cavtat and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything and more that we needed for our short stay there. The host had left wine and water in the fridge which was very thoughtful. We could use the swimming pool when ever we liked as the owners did not use it when we were there. It was lovely. Good location, just a very short walk into town and the bars and restaurants.

2nd time staying and again it didn’t disappoint. From the amazing pool with views to the location so close to the marina, I can’t recommend it enough! Fabulous hosts, very helpful and lovely treats on arrival!
