We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, and the host was very nice, picking us up and driving us to the airport. They even treated us to pie and wine! Great place to stay if you want to explore cavtat, the centre is within walking distance and busses to Dubrovnik stop about 3-5 mins away. Apart from the location, the host was accommodating and was truly a gem, offering to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The apartment itself was very clean and quiet. Would definitely go again.

Extremely clean and modern, located in a quiet part of Cavtat. The host is approachable and nice, providing needed support before arriving and during the stay. Going back for sure!

Unbelievable hosts from the moment we landed to the day we left we couldn't have asked for any more. From airport transfers to a guide of all Cavtat and the surrounding areas has to offer. The apartment was modern and extremely clean with loads of great facilities. We will be recommending this to friends and family and hope to stay again soon.

Fantastic place. The apartment was very clean. It has everything you need on your holidays. We’ve met Mato who is a great host - friendly, wants to feel his guests very good in his place. It was my birthday when we were there and he brought me a homemade cake and a wine - it was very kind <3 Parking place is a available, so no problem to park your car. And Cavtat is a really nice place to stay and only 5 minutes to the airport - big plus when you have na early fight ;)

The hosts were lovely and they brought us wine and cake and olive oil from their garden. The apartment was clean and modern and everything worked. No problems with the wifi. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were dark with blinds. It was nice to eat on the terrace, and we would return here for sure.

We travel a lot, and this place is definitely up there with the very best. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Mato. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine care really set this stay apart from others. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality experience.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The host Mato was the nicest Man you could meet. He collected us from the airport and dropped in some local produce which was very much appreciated. Cavtat is beautiful and I would recommend Zino restaurant. We enjoyed day trips to Dubrovnik and Montenegro. Our 2 boys age 6 and 9 loved it too. Thank you Mato .. 5 stars 🌟

The apartment was modern clean comfortable and the host mato a true gentleman who went out of his way to make sure we wanted for nothing also bringing us gifts wine cheese cake pick up from and too airport apartment in walking distance to town centre and on a quiet street very little traffic mato sister gave us a great welcome with information about all attractions in the area the restaurants are very good and the seafront water is crystal clear

“Excellent stay in an exceptionally clean well equipped apartment”

Mato colllected us from the airport and took us to the apartment where Ana showed us round and gave us lots of information about the local area. They were fantastic hosts throughout our whole 7 day stay. Nothing too much trouble for them. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Having a balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets was an added bonus. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants at the port which were great and worth the walk back up the hill to the apartment.

It was sparkling clean and the property spacious. Everything was in apartment that we needed. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful ocean view. Mato & Ana were amazing hosts. Nothing too much trouble. They gave us beautiful gifts throughout our stay. A little walk from Cavtat with an uphill return but fairly manageable! We lived our stay so much we decided to stay longer but unfortunately their apartments booked up and I can see why. We relocated and Mato gave us a lift to next destination! Beautiful friendly people and if we return we will certainly see if apartment is free.

“Fantastic place!”

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are so friendly, welcome you with lots of information and drinks and welcome items like bread etc. they delivered local cheese and wine. A Lenox cake during the week and local olive oil to bring home. The apartment was comfortable and spotless. Walk down to Cavtat was easy. It’s a steep walk but really not that bad and there are lots of buses and taxis. Ferry to Dubrovnik old town too.

We had a wonderful stay in Apartment Noel. Our host Mato organised to pick us up from the airport, which was a wonderful extra. We were met by the lovely Anna who showed us around and even dropped in a delicious cake, wine and cheese during the week. The large 2 double bedroomed, air conditioned apartment was immaculate and very stylish. Everything you could possibly need including a large TV in the living room which we used to watch Netflix. There was a fabulous sea view from the balcony and Cavtat was approx a 10 minute walk. We loved Cavtat so much we decided to extend our stay for another 5 days. While Mato & Anna didn’t have availability at their apartment Mato kindly drove us to our new accommodation and even gifted us a bottle of their home made olive oil. Such nice kind people. We can’t say enough nice things. We will definitely return again soon.

“Amazing place in Cavtat!”

The place was clean, fully equipped with AC units, washing machine, machine for washing dishes, free wifi, free parking, beautiful garden, the hosts were really nice and provided very helpful information about the whole region for example good restaurants, festivals to attend, boat trips etc.. Everything was well organized in a folder. They checked up on us asking if we need something, even brought us some gifts. I could easily say it’s the best place I’ve stayed in and I recommend it to anyone.

Ana the host was caring, friendly and always came by to check that everything was okay. She provided a whole lot of tips what to do and how to enjoy the stay in Cavtat. Thank you Ana! The apartment was super comfortable. Also perfect with a dog. Everything worked out well (AC, washing machine, hot water, Wi-Fi, parking etc.). Your olive oil is delicious, thanks for gifting us the house-wine and of course your fantastic cheese and figs. Already miss this!

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment close to the center of Cavtat. A couple of minutes walk every morning to the near by shop for fresh bakery was a good start to the day. 10-15 min walk down to the town center where you have all the shops and resturants + the city beach. 10 min further you have the Zal beach - a lovely sand beach and excelent place for youngest ones. On the route to the Zal beach, you have many smaller options to lay down your towel and go for a swim. The apartment was excelent and our hosts, Mato and Anna were super! Mato picked us up at the airport and Anna greeted us at the apartment with all the information needed for our stay - locally and other thinga to do. Throughout the week Anna and Mato made sure we had the best possible stay we could! Anna came with figs and other goodies from her garden, local wine and local cheese - very nice! Mato always made sure we got to our destination - airtport, carhire etc. - at the end of the stay we also received a lovely lemoncake from Matos wife and local oliveoil to take with us home. We said "until next time" when we left for the airport - will be coming back! Renting the Noel apartments from Mato and Anna is highly recommended! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, clean, and fully equipped apartment! The location is excellent, close to local attractions and restaurants. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. They picked us up and took us to the airport, took the time to introduce all the nearby attractions and must-visit places, and offered us delicious local wine and cheese from their friend, which was a lovely touch :)
