Perfect location. Perfect area. Perfect pool. This place is amazing! The garden is beautifully maintained, and the pool is perhaps the best you could wish for during a warm Tuscan summer. Enough beds around the pool. The area is nice and quiet, while large supermarkets are only a few minutes away. The air conditioning in the apartments works perfectly. There’s also an entertainment room with table tennis and indoor games, plus plenty of easy parking spaces for the cars — conveniently out of sight, which is great. Great beds for a vacation home. Host Mauro is always available via WhatsApp and happily helps with all sorts of questions. A lovely spot in a lovely location. We even forgot some luggage, and Mauro kindly sent it to our home afterwards — something we deeply appreciated.

Such a serene place to stay with beautiful surrounds. Spacious with beautiful rolling hills. Typical Tuscany building and views. My kids enjoyed the pool. The host was friendly though was not there when we arrived. He arrived not long after the cleaner contacted him. Check in process was smooth. The place is a bit older but generally pretty clean.

The whole space was very nice, in typical Tuscany style. Our apartment was a bit old but still very clean. The pool is a dream!

Wonderful residence in Tuscany. Panoramic view is fantastic: : olive groves and vinery. Quiet and peaceful countryside. The staff was great and very welcoming. Special thanks to Mauro, who was always making sure we have a lovely stay. Location is really good to go to the cities in central Tuscany. We strong recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Erboli Residence. The views from the residence are beautiful, and the apartment was perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning was 100% necessary with the August heat. The pool area was very nice, and we enjoyed swimming here daily. From the location, we could reach most cities that we wanted to visit in around one hour. A car is definitely needed.

Erboli Residence is a great place for your stay in Tuscany. We are a family with 2 teenagers and stayed at a 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. The accommodation had everything that we needed. The pool area was highly appreciated in the end of the afternoons. The staff was great and very welcoming. Location is really good to go to the cities in central Tuscany. We strong recommend this place!

The Erboli Residence was absolutely gorgeous! My partner and I stayed here for a friend's wedding, but we drove in from another city. Mauro was SO helpful and kind with us even though we arrived late and left early. I wish had spent more at the residence. It was very comfortable and lovely!

Room had a kitchenette and dining table, plus an outside table. Rooms were comfortable and in the local style. Shower was good. Free Parking onsite
