Overview
Set in the upper Chianti region, Agriturismo La Forra offers a free summer pool and tennis court. Horse riding classes and visits to the animal farms can be organised. La Forra farmhouse is surrounded by oak woods, chestnut trees and olive groves. The en suite rooms face the pool or garden, and have a flat-screen satellite TV and mini fridge. A spacious villa is also available. The breakfast is provided at the property. The restaurant specialising in regional cuisine. You will find 1 free parasol and sun lounger by the pool, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside. La Forra is an hour's drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Florence and Siena. Cavriglia is 10 km away.

“Absolutely amazing!”
The room was great, spacious, fully equipped and even the cat loved it a lot. The view was also amazing and the location is very peaceful, perfect for everyone who wants to escape the city life. The food was very good and they were serving local produce, which gave it a nice touch. Moreover, all the staff were very polite and friendly, so we felt welcome there. We recommend the place wholeheartedly and we would like to return when it's warmer so we can also enjoy the swimming pools.

We loved every single moment here: a natural paradise, amazing private rooms very well kept and clean. Great services such as 2 pools, personal gazebo, but also horses and cows for the children to meet. Staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful, especially when we forgot our IDs' and they shipped them right away! Great restaurant on place too. Will definitely be back!

Amazing place. Beautiful views. Delicious restaurant. It was our base for exploring San Gimignano, Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, and many other places.

“Perfect experience”
I would really recommend to stay longer than 1 night. The property was very big. The view - just incredible. The morning stunning with the cup with coffee. Perfect place for morning meditation. There is also where to walk. Views - incredible. Breakfast - good and worth those 15€.

“the view from the accommodation is wonderful”
great view from the accommodation but getting there was a bit of an adventure. Be prepared for narrow hilly roads.

“Lovely Agriturismo in the tranquil mountains...”
This hotel is STUNNING. It's set up in the mountains and very picturesque and tranquil. Our room was a great size and very clean. You're allocated a pergola around the pool area (so no having to get up earlier to guarantee a space). Patrizia on reception was wonderful, she was very friendly, spoke great English and made us feel so welcome and also helped us out with whatever we needed.
