We were lucky to find a parking spot on the street, and the place has a market as well as a few restaurants and bakery.

Very nice and modern self check-in system. The apartment itself was good. For one night, it was still correct for us. Just be aware that these are rooms only, not full apartments with a private kitchen. However, they do provide shared kitchen amenities and a common fridge for all the rooms. The decoration is lovely and the check-in/check-out explanations were very clear. It’s a shame they don’t invest a bit more in improving the rooms, because the place really has potential.

Great location, close to Lake Como and all the cute towns around. Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. The terrace is really enjoyable. Self access is easy and perfectly explained by the host. Parking nearby is also easy.

The place was lovely. I can’t actually believe how cheap it was. Location is perfect for travelling around the area. We had hired a car for our trip - there was parking on the street (always found a space) every night which was great. The rooms were both really nice, spacious, very clean and decorated lovely. Check in/out process, again very simple. Thwre’s a lovely pizzeria 1 minute walk; como town is around 10 minute drive and if you have a car, saving the cost and staying slightly outside town is a no brainier. We also visited lake lugano only around 40 minutes drive. Dont think it can be located better really. If I ever have the pleasure of visiting the area again, I’ll be booking again. Thank you!

Very quiet and comfortable. It was nice that we had a kettle, tea, coffee and mugs in the room. Lovely area as well.

“Convenient location, but cleanliness could be improved”

The location is very convenient, close to the main road yet nestled in a quiet and charming little village. Aside from the issue with the bed sheets, everything else was quite clean.

Everything was fine, the bathroom was very clean, the room smelled great and was very clean. It was really a relaxing and wonderful day.

Very spacious room, quiet, clean and comfy. In the centre of a beautiful village that has everything. Check in was very easy with quick responses from the very hospitable host.

I didn't like anything about this property. Our room was so hot that we could not sleep and got dehydrated. A fan is supplied that blows around hot air and there is no security to leave a window open with access to your room from the entrance window or balcony. Guests smoke outside the entrance which blows into your room if a window is open. The bathroom is not in your room, but opposite the entrance door offering little privacy and also lacking ventilation and hot. There is a good local restaurant/pizza place close by. If you complain to the host, he will turn up at your room and was very argumentative and aggressive. Any person that complains in a revue is criticised by the host in a childish manner.
