Large rooms, kitchen all was there. Nice place. Very friendly host. Not really an area to go for a walk.

The check-in was very easy and smooth, and the communication with the host was excellent. They also provided a lot of helpful information and tips about the surrounding area, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

Great location...close enough to the lake to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet and not peak rates. Parking is easy, flat has everything you need including the elusive Italian kettle for those who like a tea. Host provides various tea bags in small quantities and a small bowl of typically Italian snacks and a bottle of water. Beds were very comfortable for our tastes and the bedding and towels were all very well cleaned and ironed. Place itself is clean and plenty of cleaning products around too, including hand sanitizer. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances easy to use. There are helpful labels on cupboards to save you searching around for everything. Self check in is a boon and the host makes himself very available if needed whilst also leaving you in peace if that's your preference. He speaks fluent English and all signage and notes are in both Italian and clear English. It's worth noting in advance that a limited selection of pressure/massage therapies are available on site for extra fees if you would like them. There's an information leaflet in the accommodation with treatments and prices. All in all, a friendly, comfortable stay where we felt welcome and well looked after whilst our privacy was entirely respected. Would definitely stay again.

Simone was quick to respond when asked questions about the property and gave very clear instructions on how to pick up the keys and gain access to the property. Her communication throughout was exceptional. The property is a typical Italian property with furniture to match and stairs up to the first floor. It is spacious and can easily accommodate a family of four. Como is a lovely town nearby but you would need a car to get there which I presume you would have if staying at this property as it is a little away from the main action.

Very good option. The gate close automatically. Very calm and safe property. Nearby there is a great pizzeria. This is probably the best pizzeria we visited during our 7 day holiday in Italy. I highly recommend this house. We were very pleased. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much!
