Calm, almost private pool and a perfect Italian breakfast at the restaurant just next door. No big and vulgar continental buffet, just enough and they mix it up slightly every day.

Nice place, great pool and garden, large apartement, good restaurant. Place is quite close to Lago di Garda (you still need a car). Very nice and helpful host.

From the moment we arrived, his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay were evident. He went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed that made our visit truly special. The apartment at Residence Ulivi was exceptional. It was clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The pool was great, a lot of free parking, a giant supermarket 1 minute drive, and we had very good wifi. There is a great on-site restaurant, with a great breakfast and awesome coffee, and a convenient location of Residence Ulivi, which made our visit very easy, close to many attractions nearby: Gardaland, Movieland, Bardolino harbor and Garda Thermal Water Park. If you're seeking an authentic Italian experience with exceptional hospitality, look no further than Residence Ulivi. My family's stay was truly memorable, and I can't wait to return. Large and comfortable rooms, with fully equipped kitchen, tv, AC and fast internet. Amazing shady garden with olive trees and big swimming pool which never felt too crowded. Perfect location, between Verona and Garda lake. Good breakfast at the restaurant next door. Attentive and welcoming manager, always available to help with anything. I really enjoyed my stay and I will come back!

Nice little place. Ricardo the host and the other staff are very welcomimg and friendly. Ricardo is always somewhere around the house if you need help or if you have questions. He is happy to give tips about the area. The restaurant next to the place is also very good. Breakfast also good with very good coffee.

it was quiet place for perfect relax with great olive garden, large and deep pool. Very comfortable room and equipment. Client and personal approch. I would definitely recommand it!

We are super satisfied with the stay, the children loved the pool, there was always enough space in the pool and on the sunbeds. It was clean inside and out side. The host was amazing🤗

Apartment was really clean and spacious. The pool area and Olive Garden are great and relaxing place. Location is good, only 10 minutes to Lake Garda by car. There is a big supermarket right next to residence. And at the end the owner was really friendly and helpful.
