It was a last minute emergency booking, our roof had a leak. We were welcomed like old friends and offered a glass of wine within the first 10 minutes

The location, the ambience, the hostess - all were amazing. A beautiful old farmhouse offering a wealth of charm and a fabulous hostess who worked like a Trojan to ensure her guests were comfortable and well catered for. We’re definitely going to be back!

Charlotte and her merry band are amazing hosts. We only booked our rooms 20 mins or so before we turned up and yet it was no problem for them at all. We were very well looked after and we all sat outside enjoying everyone's company. We were served fresh cooked Tortillas as snacks before our evening meal and it was just a perfect stay. We will be staying her again next time we pass through, that is for certain. We were on a motorbike trip with 5 bikes and even the parking was perfect.

Off the beaten track, classic french manor house, run by a lovey english lady. Delightful dinner, ambience, just what we wanted, hope to return again in the future.

Charlotte and Dave were very accommodating and served us drinks and dinner upon arrival. What a little gem of a find this place is! The building is beautiful and interior is typically french with a rustic feel. We stayed upstairs in one of the larger rooms with ensuite. They organise events and offer a full service Restaurant/Bar. The Beer, wine and the dinner was superb and just what we needed after a long days drive! We will be back for sure now that we found our dream home in France :)

Loved the friendly animals and the pond and the view. Friendly and welcoming staff. Potentially some lovely outside areas. Amazing and historic building.

Good points: The people who run it, relaxed, like staying with friends. Beautiful old house, very eclectic style. The menagerie - the dogs, the horses and the alpacas. And the new born foal.....the home cooked food. Very comfortable bed.....good WiFi.

The location and the interior match perfectly the name of the place. It is charming and out of the world. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of animals around (horses, dogs, chickens) and nice nature to walk in. Good food (I had a Sunday roast) and breakfast.
