High time to refurbish this place. Room with balcony but the door is broken and can't be opened. Lift does not work (was not fixed during our 1 night stay) - had to carry luggage to the third floor. Heard some guests complaining about something leaking from the ceiling. Heard waitress swearing „blyad" as she was preparing espresso for someone. Also, there were 2 full buses of Chinese tourists parking outside - also a sign of where this property is in terms of its lifecycle... Plenty of other hotel options around.

Spa Area very comfortable. At the time we have used it, we were alone which make our time even more valuable. Breakfast and dinner was valuable for the money.

The hotel was excellent, staff were very good, I had a very nice short stopover. The hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Parking right outside. Lovely meal in the restaurant.

Disappointing stay – definitely not 4-star level The room size was decent, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The overall quality does not match a 4-star standard at all – not even close. • Towels: old, worn out, and far from what you would expect in a quality hotel. • Internet: absolutely terrible. It barely works in the corridors and does not work in the rooms at all – constantly disconnecting and failing to load anything. • Breakfast: one of the worst I have experienced in any hotel. Very limited choice, with stale and leftover food from the previous day – even the fruits, scrambled eggs, and omelets were not fresh during our stay. • Amenities: the level of amenities provided would not even qualify for a 3-star hotel. • Staff attitude: unprofessional and unresponsive. When complaints were raised, the answer was simply “you can write a complaint to Booking.com if you want” – no effort to address issues or show any hospitality. Overall, this property is far from a true 4-star experience. Anyone booking should be aware that the poor breakfast, non-functioning internet, and lack of proper service will significantly impact their stay.

Rooms are big and comfortable (one of the rooms we booked was essentially a suite) Nice structure Conveniently located for entrance to the National Park (10 minutes by car) Free access SPA (pool, sauna, jacuzzi) for guests Free parking Buffet breakfast was sufficiently varied though a bit generic Internal bar and restaurant were of good quality for the price

“A basic hotel for a one night stay.”
The establishment is pretty basic, as expected. It was quiet due to the Winter season. Booked the place mainly to visit Plitvice lakes.
