“Great hotel, recommendation für Catemaco center”
Friendly staff, good maintenance of everything, great shower with much water pressure, very clean. Located directly in the center of Catemaco, close to all restaurants and not too far away from the lagoon and the public transportation.

“I did not stay, and didn't even bother to try to be refunded.”
I did not end up staying. The room was claustrophobic, the accommodations uncomfortable, I asked for a one hour later check out and was denied.
