Set in Dvorce, only 6 km away from the Croatian border and 150 metres from the A2 motorway, Hotel Cateski dvorec offers elegantly furnished rooms with free wired internet and a spacious, covered terrace. The check-in was from 16:30! Till then, the hotel was closed. They couldn't provide us breakfast.

There was no breakfast. Actually when we went to make checkout there was non at reception, and 3-4 people were already waiting to make same checkout. After waiting for 15 minutes we decided to leave key on reception since we payed before with card. There wasn't organized breakfast or anything that were provided in offer before booking a place.

Тhe room was very dirty. There were spiders and dust everywhere and mold in the bathroom. There was no hot water for the evening shower.

This stay was for a stop-over en-route between Bulgaria and Italy. The location is perfect - just a few short minutes from the highway, but in a lovely, rural setting. We like to choose an hotel with a restaurant for our one night stays. Although this hotel has a restaurant, it was closed for renovations. Fortunately this gave us chance to explore nearby Brezice, a few minutes drive away, where we found a stunningly good, Michelin listed restaurant. The multi-lingual hotel staff, by the way, are very friendly and helpful.
