“Three-night city break to visit new places.”

Location is 10/10, right in the middle of the old city, just a short walk from the P.za Duomo. Breakfast is served at the nearby cafeteria, where the host of the apartment works daily, so we met every morning. The host, Francesco Giovanni, is extremely helpful. We received detailed instructions how to get to the location (including photos) and the keys. Very good contact via WhatsApp. There are two AirCon units in the flat, which helps when you need to warm up a bit during winter months. There is a big walk-in wardrobe as well. And two TV sets, but who wants to watch TV when there is so much going outside. Pretty good WiFi, too.

Very nice and comfortable apartment just few minutes walk from fish market and Piazza del Duomo. Francesco is extremely kind and helpful host. Very good breakfasts are served in Prestipino cafe near Duomo.

Clean, new & spacious apartment. Environmental friendly. Excellent location! Few minutes walk from the center & Cathedral, yet quiet at night for sleep despite restaurants are just a few blocks away. 5-10mins walk from a guarded parking Borsellino AMT. Breakfast at Caffe Prestipino is the best place to taste all Sicilian food. Host is friendly & responsive & help me to store the luggage as they have another guest on the day we leave. I have filtered down a few 9.5 scores choices, and I’m glad that I have picked here among others. No regrets!

This apartment is fantastic! 3 large areas, kitchen/dining, lounge, and bedroom with walk-in robe. Very clean and quiet, large fridge and all the amenities you need. Great location, close to everything. Giuseppe is a wonderful host, very friendly and hospitable. As mentioned in other reviews his cafe where he works has best food and location. A must visit! Overall a wonderful stay.

This place exceeded our wildest expectations! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped – we lacked absolutely nothing. The greatest advantage of this apartment is its tranquility – which is truly rare in Catania! After intense days of sightseeing, we could fully relax in a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, and being able to enjoy them with a beautiful view is something we will always remember. The communication with the host was excellent – always available, ready to help, and answer any questions. His hospitality and kindness are beyond words – it was more than just regular service! If you’re looking for comfort, peace, and unforgettable experiences, this apartment is the best choice in Catania. We will definitely be back!

The flat was central, gorgeous, comfy and homely. Giuseppe is the absolute perfect and generous host. I cannot recommended this place enough.

The apartment was amazing, everything you needed was there. It is 2-3 mins walk from piazza duomo and close to every bus station. Fransesco is there every time you need him with suggestions and has a table for you every morning with breakfast. I recommend it!!

Everything was as expected and needed. The place has its character and it is great. Big plus for an effective heating option needed during cold days. Ideal communication with the host. Very convenient location - central but quiet. Breakfast at Prestipino Duomo is an extra added value.

“Best choice ever”

Basically everything. The location was perfect, central for all the sights, but also for the fish market (party) at night. The apartment was large, very comfortable, as was the bed. The breakfast place was another story, it elevated the experience. It was a busy bar at the very central square and you could choose anything from the menu. There were sweet and salty options, and traditional Sicilian pastries and foods. Francesco himself was working there and made sure our needs were met. He even went a little further and provided breakfast for the very first morning we arrived before checkin. Very attentive guy! I am truly glad I chose this place and would definitely recommend.

The host is super good, very kind, helpful and available to assist us with everything. On the last day he gave us some sweets in order to take them with us. The property is in the heart of the city centre, close to everything.

First and foremost the owner of the apartment, Francesco is super helpful 👌 He showed us the real Sicilian hospitality ❤ The apartment is super comfortable for 4, and very clean. The location is excellent, you can find free parking place nearby (except on the weekend evenings). The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, that is really the BEST coffee shop in Catania, a very wide variety of sweet, savoury, vegetables and fruits, and the perfect coffee variations:)
