“Nice place in an incredible location”
The apartment is located next to the ruins of an ancient amphitheatre with a cafe bar right in front. Around the corner to the busy but pedestrian via Etnea. You can hardly ask for a better location to stay. All sleeping areas have an A/C. The apartment was tidy and quite spacious. Excellent for groups.

Really great location, very central and close to all main attractions. Apartment was cleaned every day and nice touch to leave water everyday. The roof terrace was an added bonus and perfect to relax in sun in late afternoon and evening

The location is very convinient, very central. There are a lot of restaurants and sightseeing points nearby. Also a bus to the airport is not far. The communication was good and instructions to check-in clear.

The most noisy place! No isolation, drunk party near entrance. We could hear all sounds from neighbors inside and outside of building. The bathroom is old and dirty, the walls are crumbling. Hot water from time to time. No cups and plates, not possible even drinking coffee. Blankets are old and dirty. Shower is broken. After cleaning lady we had only 2 towels for 3 people

“Not quite as the pictures”
The staff we interacted with was fantastic. Both ladies at reception were very helpful and lovely a d communication was great. Helped arranged a taxi to airport and were very nice when bringing the issues we found. The location of the hotel is also very good, just a short walk to get everywhere in the historic centre and walkable distance to the station as well.
