The locatjon was superb, easy access to anywhere in the city. Piazza Scammacca itself was lovely so no need to wander far. The roof terrace with Etna views was a definite highlight, lovely to have that space in the city centre. Apartment was spacious and having 2 bathrooms helped with group stay. Breakfast provision every morning was lovely and the staff were helpful.

Located in a lovely area of Catania with many restaurants and bars nearby. The property is set in a beautiful old courtyard which had a DJ play one evening. The facilities inside were as advertised and we had a comfortable stay there, modern and minimal, good for a family of 4 with twin beds for our kids.

Due to the weather the breakfast was served in the bistro which is always very good with attentive staff. Great location. Clean rooms with great shower. Quite a large terrace. Just around the corner from the airport bus.

The stay at Palazzo Scammacca has been great. My room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bed was amazing; I slept very well every night. The Palazzo is situated in the best location in Catania, very close to all the important places to visit: the Cathedral, the Massimo Bellini Theatre, the Palazzo Biscari, Via Etnea, restaurants, pastry shops and the airport bus stop. The breakfast is very good, varied and of high quality, with fresh fruit, homemade cakes and scrambled eggs or omelettes prepared on the spot. Everything was delicious. I would like to highlight the kindness, sympathy, and attention of the staff and the owner at all times. I highly recommend this place.

Super spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean apartment. The location is excellent as so central. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants and bars which are quite lively at night but we loved this as you really feel 'at the heart' of this vibrant city. Checking in and out was flexible and easy. The ladies serving breakfast were so welcoming and friendly. Loved our stay and would love to return.

The location of this places is great. We had the Nerello – Suite and it is two floors and quite big. Downstairs includes a kitchen and upstairs bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. Weather was not that great when we were there so we did not get to use it.
