“A lovely property on the beach”

We had a wonderful week staying at Niria Home. It is in a beautiful location on the sea front with a rocky beach on your doorstep. The property itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Andrea, our host, was helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend this property.

AMAZING APARTMENT!

Amazing view from the room and from the roof terrace! Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was waiting for us at the arranged time and was very helpful. Not very close to downtown, but we could make it on foot, or you can take a bus, but it was much better staying by the sea in Catania than in the center.

“Belissimo!!!”

Although Catania is a busy city, you can find a bit of peace near this small pebbled beach. Seems like a popular place for locals to blow of steam after an evening out in catania city. Andrea is so kind! He helped us with finding a parking spot and give us some recommendations on what to try in Sicily in terms of food, he made sure we always had coffee and clean towels… it was perfect! A very lovely host! Grazie mille Andrea!!

The host, Andrea, was extremely kind and approachable, the apartment very clean, well kept, with all amenities and located just by the sea, with a gorgeous view. We are definitely coming back here!

“Highly reccomended apartment not far from the center”

The apartment has a great view to the front sea, it is easy to park in the nearby (free parking) and it is comfortably furnished. All that is needed is there and anyway the owner is attentive and present if required. We especially appreciated the many coffee capsules and the balcony with fantastic view. Around there are restaurants and bars, it is a lively atmosphere we much appreciated.

Niria Home is a great place in Catania, I would say an island of paradise in this city. Lovely and cozy home, which has everything you could need in everyday life. The amazing view on the sea adds more to the charm of the place. Since we had access to the terrace, we could enjoy this beautiful sea view. Niria Home is located in a nice and peaceful place, exactly next to the beach with black sand. Andrea is the most wonderful and responsive host that I've ever met. I am happy that Niria Home was our choice. Thank you very much!

“Great location with the best host:)”

We really enjoyed our stay at Niria Home. Everything is as you can see in the pictures and with great host Andrea as a bonus:) You have a public beach accross the street, you have private roof when you can rest after swimming in the sea, AC in the living room and bedroom is working nicely and quietly, bus station to the city center is in walking distance, same as nice grocery store and several restaurants and if you rent a car you can park nearby and see the car from kitchen window.

The owner was realy kind and I have never meet somebody with such hospitality. He was here for us everytime. The appartment is comfortable and we had everything, we wandted there. We had a beach just right in front of apartment. We are very satisfied.

Great location, with amazing view! The apartment itself had Italian character, yet modernised. It was extremely clean and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend it!

Gorgeous house right by the sea, fantastic views of sunset as you sit at the balcony. Andrea (the host) was really helpful, friendly and sweet, left us coffee and food in the house even though he didn’t have to. We absolutely love this house. Will recommend to anyone.
