“Fun stay in a quirky loft with everything you need provided.”

We loved this quirky wee loft, great to stay in something a wee bit different. The downstairs has all of the amenties you need including bathroom, kitchen, laundry with washing machine, dining area and couch. If you want more light you can open the shutters on the door, fresh air by leaving the door open- there is a lockable metal gate so it is very safe. Alternatively, there is aircon. The kitchen has everything you need, there are some staple ingredients, coffee maker and kettle (not standard in Italy). There is a large fridge and an oven with gas hobs. At night it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It is not a 5 star hotel, nor newly renovated - it is clean but not perfect, it is tired in places, the floor squeaks upstairs but who cares? You have to go down the stairs to use the bathroom, but this place is fun! The owner is a lovely guy, easy to communicate with and very helpful. He left snacks and water for us which was a nice touch. Towels and linen are provided. There was a lot of local info in a basket as well. The property is very close to the train and bus station without being noisy at all. Would definitely return.

Fabio’s loft is the perfect place to stay in Catania. It’s located very close to the old town and right next to the train station, making it an ideal base for day trips to Syracuse, Taormina, or Mt. Etna. Check-in was seamless even though we arrived late at night (just before midnight). The apartment is stylish and comfortable, and Fabio is a fantastic, welcoming host. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10!

The apartment is well located, close to the center and supermarkets, bars, stores, and all the necessary shops. It's cozy and does its job perfectly. The host was very helpful and attentive; helped me with all my questions. Highly recommended!

Cozy and tiny typical sicilian house with everything to have an enjoyable stay. Feel like home. Really well connected with main bus and train station and mear to the Opera (bellini square)

Owner provided detailed instructions for chech-in, was reachable for additional questions and provided some breakfast items! We felt welcome! Everything needed was in the apartment. Proximity to city center - reacheable on foot! Great location for those travelling by train as literary across the train station.

Location and friendly host. It is on a narrow street which looks as if it is unsafe if you reach there after dark but during day time one realises that it is just part of the old town. We saw a number of tourists and families with small children in the locality. The host came to fetch us at the airport. Town centre is just 12 minutes walk away. Number of eating places nearby.

Everything is perfect! You have all you need for your stay. Near the train station and bus station for connecting other towns in the region, walking distance to the historical centre, many shops and restaurants nearby. Very polite Fabio, ready to help and explain❤️ I recommend!

My Loft Catania is only 3 mins from the station walking, is also on the ground floor and in the direction of the city centre. It has a kitchen and all the things you need. The owner communicated via WhatsApp before we arrived and also left some food there for us I will stay there again for sure

The house is great and the owner is very nice. There is a coffee machine and some simple breakfast in the room. The location of the house is only 4-5 minutes walk from the bus station and the train station, which is very convenient.

The loft is nice and cosy. Although the area is not particularly nice, it is convenient because it is close to the train station and a walk away from the city centre and points of interest. The bed is comfy and big. Also, the host left us complimentary water, coffee pods, biscuits, and jam for breakfast. It is a good value for money.

Great location, close to the main sightseeing, nice restaurants and to the Alibus and Interbus stations. The street is also very quiet and it lets you enjoy your vacation and sleep till late :) Our host was also very helpful and provided us with some great suggestions. I totally recommend it, especially for families with kids, because everything is just 5-10 min walking distance.
