We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything is very conveniently located nearby, which made our trip extremely comfortable. The place looks exactly like in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We were especially pleased with the communication: it was very friendly, helpful, and quick at all times. Overall, we were truly satisfied with our experience and would happily stay here again.

I’ve been staying in apartments for many years, and this is truly one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent — very convenient and perfectly situated for exploring Catania. The apartment has been recently renovated, and the renovation is not only fresh and modern, but also incredibly thoughtful and interesting. You can really feel how much care and creativity went into it. There are books, statues, beautiful details everywhere — it’s a space where you actually enjoy spending time. Honestly, you could stay in and still feel inspired without even going out into the city. Needless to say, everything was perfectly clean and fully equipped with everything one might need. We absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to come back again.

The property is even better than the photos. The position was perfect. It’s just around the corner from the Main Street with all the historic buildings. You can walk from the train station to the property. The art works and art books are very beautiful. It is extremely well equipped with very good toiletries and beautiful towels. The bed is very comfortable. Roberto is an exceptional host. He met us and went through everything about the property in detail. He carried our cases up the 2 flights of stairs as my partner has a disability. He provided a fruit salad, bottles of water and prosecco plus beautiful biscuits and coffee pods / teas. He ordered a taxi to the airport for us which cost 30Euros and it was definitely worth it.

“Great apartment for sightseeing in Catania!”

-the host was very friendly and helpful. He kindly allowed us to stay until late in the afternoon, as our flight was in the evening and it was too hot to be outside. -to welcome us, he also left some fruit, water and a bottle of wine for us! -the apartment was in the center of Catania, therefore we could visit most of the archeological monuments etc on foot. -apartment was nicely decorated, clean and bed comfortable. -a/c was working just fine in all rooms, a must for summer time. -there were 2 toilets/showers. -parking was possible opposite the apartment for a few hours (Municipal parking) but better and safer in a private parking 5 minutes walking distance. Even though the parking said €6 /day, we were paying about €9 for 16 hours stay.

Great location. Very walkable. We could park nearby. High class interior. Hist greeted us for easy check in. Place was clean and quiet.

“Beautifully Designed, Comfortable & Very Central Apartment”

Roberto is an exceptional host. Our flight was delayed, we got to the apartment close to midnight. Roberto not only waited for us to show us around, but also drove us to the closest car park, waited for us to park our car and then drove us back to the apartment. The apartment is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and the fruit and biscuits were a lovely touch. We were 3 adults staying there and returning to the cool apartment [air-conditioned throughout] was lovely. Communication was extremely easy by Whatsapp and Roberto speaks English and is very responsive. We checked out at 2pm which was very comfortable for us. The apartment is accessed using keys not a code.

Manganelli Suite was in a fabulous central location. Our host Roberto was very accommodating and helpful. There on arrival and showed us all around his beautiful apartment. Very stylish and decorated well. Veey spacious with bedroom upstairs and own bathroom.Such a lovely surprise was the beautiful fresh fruit platter in the fridge as well as biscuits and prosecco and water - very welcoming gifts for his guests. It was great to explore Catania from this apartment- everything was close and station was only 15- 20 mins walk away. Would highly recommend 👌

- Comfortable, spacious, clean apartment exactly in line with description and photos - Great location - Host very helpful; met us at property at 12.00 immediately following our flight, so didn't have to wait until mid afternoon as with other properties. Showed us round, answered any questions and explained things where required. He checked up a few day's later and at our request / payment arranged a taxi to take us to the airport

This property deserves 11 stars and Roberto a round of applause, both for providing his guests with a modern luxurious holiday experience in the middle of this beautiful, bustling city, as well as for being a lovely and communicative host. The apartment was recently renovated and has all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. Here's what we loved the most: the apartment's fantastic location, its beautiful, modern decor, the well equipped kitchen, easy to use AC, electronic black out shades, high powered showers, noise cancelling windows, extremely comfortable couch, cosy beds, bedsheets and pillows, and numerous books on the city of Catania and Sicilian cooking. We were a family of four, two adults and two preteens and none of us wanted to leave.

The apartment is simply amazing and immaculate - the best place we've ever stayed. We felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel. The space has been used very cleverly and there was plenty of room for us (family of 3), and all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent as well, and Roberto directed us to a parking space that was very reasonable and permitted 24-hour parking that was only 5 minutes walk away.

As soon as you enter, you feel the owner's desire and effort to make his guests feel comfortable. Impeccable!🫠 It's even better in person! It has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. It's in a renovated old building in the historic part of the city. Very close to the train station. There is a great secure parking nearby. The terrace.... the terrace... great view 🤩 I can't wait to get up with a cup of coffee (coffee machine available, with wonderful coffee) to watch Catania wake up. Everything inside is very tastefully selected, the bedding, the pillows, the beds...immaculate! Two bathrooms...🫠everyone will appreciate it properly!
