“Amazing…best in class service and beautiful rooms!”

Honestly this is such a beautiful hotel located in a very central area in Catania. It’s about 15 mins from the airport and a 15 min walk from the Catania Central station so it was easy to get around. The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. I liked the added touch of the tea room in the reception with all day coffee and treats. The stand out for this hotel though was truly the staff. Big shout out to Tamara who was so kind, friendly and informative. The service from the whole team, from the housekeeping, to the owner, to the receptionists is honestly second to none. They make sure you have everything you need and the communication starts before you arrive. They tailor your stay to your needs and really go the extra mile. Thank you all for a really wonderful stay in Sicily!

“To much noice to be good - needs a bit off technician love”

You get a nice room (suite) - it says no breakfast but there are fruits- biscuits - good coffee and tea so you wont go hungry. You have a fridge and cutlery in the room what is very handy. The room and hotel are very clean.

The apartment is in an old tenement building, in a great location, with everything within walking distance. The kitchen was accessible to everyone, and included a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and kitchenware. The rooms were cleaned daily, a big plus. Communication with the front desk was excellent.

“Nice and good for its price”

The personnel was very kind and polite. We took advantage of the shuttle service after we arrived. It was easy and convenient for our late flight. The building is old but the room was part of a renovated area and it was clean and made up on a daily basis. There were some snaks for "emergency" situations :) The building is about 10 min away from the bus/train station. I expected to be much nosier but it wasnt; there were some unpleasant noises from time to time but they are rare. There is airconditioner in the room. In the facility there is also convenient free of charge automated luggage storage which helped us a lot during the last day of our stay.

“Good location”

The location is good but is quite dark and not too well lit at night. The apartment was very spacious. Breakfast wasn’t included in the package we chose but there were so many free snacks available in the “tea room” and lovely hot drinks.

Staff were lovely and facilitated an early check in. The bed and room were nice with the exception of the bathroom. Common area was also a nice touch with some complimentary snacks and drinks

Everything was perfect. Stuff very helpful and available if any questions. Cleaning everyday. Best localization. Check in was faster than we expectec which was really great and convinient. Fully recommended!

“Nice apartment”

The room was very clean and modern, you have all you mat need, including a mini bar. The location is close to the city centre, less than 10 mins and the staff was very nice.

“I didn’t feel safe there…”

- they told me a code to open the door via CCTV cameras, when there were another people around. Everyone was able to hear the code. - It wasn’t possible to close the doors from inside. If anyone heard the code they would be able to get inside…
