I expected that that the room would be a bit level up and more privacy - that I could easily leave the Windows open, but it was not possible because was exiting on a public terrasse.

Very friendly staff...I came late at night, simething smelt beautifully and I asked, what do they cook. A minute later they brought me a plate of pasta with pistacchio at 11.30 pm...and never charged.

“Excellent stay, very friendly staff, very accommodating.”
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were tourists so they helped us sort out excursions and tailored to our needs exceptionally. They also made it very easy managing a group of 20 students who were on this trip. In addition the hotel was less than a 10 min walk from the metro (Nullo station/ Cibele station), so it made it very accessible.

“very bad experience , i asked to talk to the manager on the phone but i was ignored”
We had a very bad experience, we paid for breakfast and we did not get any as they had nothing to offer us , at 8.30am the breakfast had finished and a 16year old girl left alone at the hotel told us they only had cake available also a coffee took over 15 min to arrive

The staff were friendly and gave great advice about the city and great spot on where to eat. Parking was available which gave us security.

“If you have a car, it's okay. Have breakfast in town.”
The rooms were big enough to move freely around. There was a good lift. The key was attached to a large fob which we could leave at the hotel. There was some parking within the hotel grounds, but we didn't have a car so didn't need it.
