“Old place , not for tourist , no worth the price .”

Great location as everyone said indeed - next to Villa Bellini, very nice restaurants, many shops and the local markets. We liked the beautiful tall ceiling. Around 18 min walk to the Interbus and Etna bus offices and their terminal bus stops from where you may visit other towns.

Host was very attentive to questions and concerns.

The place is nice, just like at the pictures. Location is great and safe. Opposite the door is great café for breakfast, nearly next door nice bar, and behind corner is key restaurant/foodie street, ery live but not disturbing to our room. and behind another corner is local market with fruits, vegetable etc. Checkin and checkout was very easy. we also appreciated the semi-kitchen corner and the equipment. Bed was comfy, wifi working.

“Good location and stay for the budget”

Location is central, very good for the money. Shops, park, and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, key collection was easy. OK cleanliness.

Localization was great, kitchen well equiped but there was no knife for cutting bread. Bed was comfortable. Balcony has no view but it was giving great rays of sun. We got a dirty bed sheet but it was replaced in a moment, contact with the owner is good. The biggest minus was AC. The room has really high ceiling and it takes a whole day to get normal temperature (about 22/23 degrees) to sleep. On the first day we couldn’t fall asslep because of that. Also I wouldn’t reccomend a bathroom to anyone that is 1,85m or higher because of the tiny shower. All bathroom was small but has good hairdryer. Wifi was working on the first day but stopped on the next, was not really minus for us. Beside of that everything was great and we really anyojed Catania. It takes litterally 3 minutes to go to the Via Etna and the rest of the Center.

The place met our expectations, it was a really beautiful and tiny apartment in the city center. I especially appreciated the host who was always in contact with us, whether to give a parking recommendation or bring an extra blanket when I mentioned it is cold in the apartment.

“Worth it for the money”

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, addressing any questions or issues promptly. The accommodation itself was decent, though we did encounter an issue with the hot water. Fortunately, the host resolved it quickly, which we appreciated.

We lived there for 5 days. Overall the stay in the apartments was good. Good location near the center. the beds are comfortable. bed linen and towels are clean. everything necessary was in the room

- Excellent location - very close to the Old City and train station Catania Centrale (20-25 min on foot); - Comfortable bed, bathroom, hot water in the shower was OK (in such old buildings can be differently); - Easy contact with the host and self check-in. Instructions for self check-in were sent a day before; - It was a great experience to spend a couple of days in the old historic building with awesome ceiling; - We also very appreciated the possibility of storing the luggage before the check-in.

“Comfortable pad in the heart of Catania”

This is a charming period property in the heart of Catania. All the main sites are within easy walking distance and the daily market is on the doorstep. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has basic self-catering facilities. It is also very secure. The host, Antonio, was an excellent communicator; very friendly and helpful. Public transport to and from the airport is nearby and very cheap.
