If you're looking for a great location - this is the best place to stay. The hotel is located in the heart of the city center. What made our visit really special is a kind and professional help of Alfredo Russo. You can ask him every question about places to visit or to eat in the city and he'll warmly recommend you the best

Great central location. Alibus from the airport stopped outside Etna Suite. Breakfast was good. Alfredo arranged for some breakfast items in our room as we had to leave early for a tour. Very kind of him to sort that out. Room was great, bonus with a separate room which had a cupboard, desk and chair, iron and ironing board, suitcase storage. Overall a good stay.

The hotel Etna Suite Group, is in an old, beautiful building, with renovated interiors. It is located in the historic center of Catania on the most central street of the city with many shops, pizzerias, cafes, super market etc. Before our arrival, we received an email with the code for the main entrance. There is a reception from morning until 19:00 in the afternoon. It is a twenty minute walk from the train station but has a bus stop right in front for both, the train station and the airport every twenty-five minutes (flix-bus). Our double room was clean and spacious. The staff is really very kind (reception and breakfast) and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is very good, has a variety such as coffee, milk, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, pastries, etc. If the variety was wider (omelets, almonds, walnuts) breakfast would really be wonderful! The WiFi signal was very good. It was a wonderful stay.

“Comfortable and good value for money, great location”
Huge comfortable bed in a huge room. The bathroom was also huge with a spacious, powerful shower. Perfect location, and the room was so quiet. It’s nothing high end but it’s perfect for a 2 night stay in Catania. Clear instructions to enter the property if you check in late.

Very well located, bus stop to airport (for early morning flight) is just across the street. Close to attractions (walking distance). Clean room and facilities. Good breakfast. All up, I had a comfortable two-night stay.

Location - Via Etna was excellent within walking distance of most places of historical interest, shopping and eateries. Which is convenient if like us, your travel limited and includes visiting other Sicilian cities. All the staff - house keeping, breakfast hosts and reception were very helpful, kind, welcoming and accomodating. Especially Alfredo who went out of his way to help when we had issues and to ensure we could access the hotel and our room. Our suite was very nice looks bigger and better in person than online! Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfast was ok.
