I wholeheartedly reccomend Eh13 Luxury Accommodation to everyone who visits Catania. Salvatore is an exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful host. Throughout our entire stay, he provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat, helping us make the most of our time in the city. On top of that, he went above and beyond to accommodate us when a family friend unexpectedly came to visit. His passion for hospitality is evident in every interaction. The accommodation is perfectly located in the heart of Catania, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and amenities. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I also greatly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches, including bottled water, muffins, coffee, tea, and a kettle in the room. These may seem like small gestures, but they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, especially during our visit in the peak summer heat. I honestly have no complaints and would not hesitate to stay here again. If I could, I would rate Eh13 Luxury Accommodation 20 out of 10 stars. A wonderful stay in the centre of the city. Salvatore was very helpful, he gave us information where to eat and visit on our stay. Had tea/coffee in the room, plus cake. Has a fridge which it is topped up with water, juice all free to use. Plus the room had a view of Mount Etna

Very friendly atmosphere and such a wonderfully helpful service. My daughter loves the place and location of the property, everything is near, historical/archeological side, shops, metro and bus stops. For sure we will back again soon ❤️🌞🥰

We had a great experience with our host, Salvatore. He was super helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and made sure everything was perfect for us. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center. Highly recommended!

From the start was greeted by Salvatore with all relevant information of where to eat, what to see. Showed us our room, spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, would definitely recommend staying at this property.

“Amazing host and perfect central location”

Salvatore is an amazing host! He allowed us to check in early and met us at the property to assist with our luggage. The accommodation is on the 4th floor of the building, but there is a lift which worked well. The room was very comfortable and had an assortment of complimentary snacks and drinks. The location was very central and was walking distance to all the main areas, plus the room had wonderful views of Etna and Giardino Bellini. Salvatore even arranged our taxi to the airport for the morning we checked out.

Salvatore is the best host - very accommodating, informative, friendly, helpful. Room and amenities matched the description and everything was clean. Location is of course excellent! A few pointers for those who might wonder: - light sleepers should bring earplugs (busy street and closing of theater shows next door causes some noise) - bring your own hair conditioner - there are a few steps up to the elevator I will stay again!

Absolutely exceptional location. Everything within walking distance and the morning view from the room directly on Mount Etna was breathtaking. Salvatore was the best host. Top service with everything. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. Very clean and excellent air conditioning. Salvatore was extremely warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. He went out of his way to help us with luggage and booking a taxi etc. I only wish we had spent more than just one night there. Highly recommend.

Accomodation is in the city centre. Host was great and helpful. A paid parking garage is available round the corner of the accomodation which is very safe to park the car.

Exseded all expectations.The best stay in Catania. Everything is just a short walk from the apartment. The room is cleaned every day. Nice touch with the water bottles in the fridge that are included. The host is welcoming and explained everything that is must see,,showed us on the map and we just followed the instructions. If you are coming with luggage from the train/bus station, the best choice is to take the metro only one stop for 1 €. The stop you go of is Stesicoro. Short walk from there.
