Anna, owner of property, is just an amazing and kind person. Everything was perfect. Location of apartment is 15min by walk from center, so calm neighborhood is around, what is really good. Room was big, i guess 20m². There are 2 shared bathrooms what is for 5 rooms enough. Property has everything what you need. If i come back to Catania in future i choose this accomodation again :)

The apartment is excellent; everything is clean and tidy. The shared kitchen and bathroom were also clean and organized. The apartment is close to the city center. Our host was very friendly.

Large room with two toilets facilities. Had a good sleep and rest with the help of the air conditioner.

Spacious and comfortable room. The host is friendly and helpful. The location is close to the historic centre. The kitchen (with a coffee machine and everything I needed) was regularly cleaned. The apartment has two bathrooms. When I arrived there were no mosquitoes in the room (equipped with mosquito nets on the window) and there was an electric mosquito repellent on the table.

The place is really great, the owner is very nice, trusting and helpful. The flat is being cleaned regularly. The rooms are large and cosy. Two shared bathrooms, no problems at all. The Guest house is placed in a fairly silent neighbourhood not so far from the city centre. I fully recommend it. I had a great time.

Lovely place. If I have to come back to Catania, undoubtedly, I will choose this property again. The location is perfect, close to the historical district. The room is spacious with a lot of facilities and a perfect view of a beautiful garden. In addition, the staff is extremely kind and helped me during my time here!

The host

Very Friendly host, large rooms, nice, little more quiet area. Kitchen with balcony is nice to have. Walking to the city didn't take too long. Very good value for money!

“I can't sleeping two days , because there is a lot of mosqitos”

Air-conditioning didn't work (i comminicated with the owner) nobody offered to cut the price for these...i think for these reason the price is overestimated

Spatious rooms in a large and comfortable flat will plenty of place to keep clothes. Kitchen is well kept and organized. There is a washing machine.
