We stayed just one night while passing through Catania and had a great experience. Maurizio was exceptional – he even welcomed us with a few snacks on arrival. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The building is conveniently located near a large supermarket and McDonald’s, with plenty of parking available both in the lot right outside and on the surrounding streets.

The apartment was near a fantastic small port with excellent restaurants across from it. Nearby, just a 30-second walk away, is a supermarket with everything you could want. Only a 3-minute walk will take you to a train station that connects you practically to everything. The house is spacious, ample, and a fantastic experience for the family. The host is ready to help you with any needs you might have. My family and I highly recommend it! It was one of the very important parts of our vacation.

Good location near a small local harbor and train station. Free street parking around the apartment building. Just 4-5km away to the city center, cheap parking fare for city parking lot. The old building has a tiny classic style lift, and inside of the apartment has modern renovated facilities and got everything we need. Washing machine working good. We could dry our clothesat balcony. Clean & comfy rooms and entire apartment. Owner is a super nice host who gave us very detailed instructions for self check in and check out. We have no problem at all to stay here everything is perfect. .

The owner, Maurizio, is a really nice guy who really, really helped us out. Our car got towed away, and he called the local police and brought us there to pick it up. We coudn't done it without him. Thanxalot once again. Be careful though. It seems like there is freestyle parking on the street, but if you stay two days ore more, the neighbours figure out that you are a tourist and if you park only 10 cm into a space where you shoudn't, they call their friends to tow you away. Once again: what would have we done without the lovely Maurizio. Also his tips for breakfast and restaurants were great.

Really nice. Quick check in online. We only stayed one night but kitchen was super complete. Lovely balcony. Really big house. We will choose again if we return, for sure :)

Beautiful new flat, with many many space. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, big living room and kitchen and balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from all kitchen equipment to air conditioning in every room. We felt there like at home. Do not be worry with parking place few meters from house, and also nearby supermarket...

The appartment was very close to the railway station and there was so many bus stops. The appartment was really well-equipped, nothing missed to do breakfast and dinner. Maurizio was really nice, giving us so many advices, like which are the best bars, what should we try to eat. We were 4 persons with 2 and 5 years-old kids and everything was perfect for the children as well.
