Very large, tastefully furnished, two bed apartment, in a period building minutes from the main square. The owners live next door and are a lovely family, very helpful and accessible. Great place to stay in Catania.

“Great days in Catania”

Large apartment, very clean and comfortable, located in the city center, good restaurants nearby (follow the host recommendations). The host and her little lovely girl were very kind and Elena gave us all the infos we need in order to have a memorable vacation in Catania. The kitchen has all you need to prepare the meals but also the Italian breakfast (collatione, un caffe e un cornetto) could be taken just near the main entrance of the flat on the street. The parking was just in font of the apartment in Piazza Manganelli, it's a paid parking but not expensive.

Massive apartment with two living areas and fantastic high ceilings that felt very luxurious. Full kitchen if you require for cooking, but with the location so close to the main strip of shops and restaurants we opted to eat out. Would be great to have a kettle for tea of an evening, but that’s just a personal preference. Our host was very lovely and gave us a list of recommendations for the area. We had a car and was easy to find street parking within 1-2mins walk from the apartment.

Elena met us at the apartment with the keys and was very helpful the whole stay. She promptly answered all questions, she was very helpful when I asked how to get to Taomina. She sent how to get there and links to all things I needed. Even a pin where the bus stop was. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect. There is a bit of street noise but it didn't bother us. We could not have asked for a better place, we will return!

Perfect location, amazing easy check in, and very friendly host. The apartment were better than expected, and the bathroom had a bidet which is not shown in the pictures. Great experience and superb host. Thank you plenty Elena.

Very spacious. Ceilings and balconies are definitely worth attention - 10/10. Very close to everything you need to see in Catania and also clean and safe in comparison with other part of the town. Elena is one of the best people I’ve meet abroad. Very warm, charming and lovely person. Extremely helpful. I felt like visiting my own family. If I’m back to Catania, I will defiantly stay At the Casa Vacanze II Duomo again and again.

Location is fantastic it is in the heart of the city so everything is within a 10mins radius. The accommodation is secure and we felt safe given many locks to get inside. The apartment is gorgeous! Elena has really furnished the place beautifully so we felt like we were in a museum. High ceilings, large rooms, wood floors, large airy windows, air con. Elena is also extremely attentive and was available all day in case we had any issues or needed anything.
