Just outside of the inner town, ample parking space, shops, restaurants, cafes in close vicinity. The sea is within 5 minutes. Window shades were perfect, even the morning direct sun did not get through. Very friendly host, answered to any inquiry even at 11 PM. Catania is a convenient starting point for exploring the area from Syracuse through Etna to Taormina.

The appartement was so comfortable, we liked terraces with sea view very much. Claudio was very helpful, he organized transfer to the airport, and helped us in everything. And Catania is nice, has a good transportation system to Siracusa and Taormina, and other beautiful cities.

Great location. Great communication with owner prior to our arrival, he even came out to meet us when we parked up as we were a little unsure where the apartment was. House rules as expected. Plenty of hot water and both bathrooms were new. Comfortable beds.

From the very beginning, the communication with the owner was nothing short of excellent. His patience, friendliness, and unwavering assistance, especially when we encountered airport troubles, truly set the tone for a fantastic trip. He went above and beyond by regularly checking in on us, ensuring our journey was smooth. He recommended sightseeing spots that were close to the apartment. On the first day, there were some snacks waiting for us in the apartment so we could easily set in. The apartment was really beautiful. It has three separate bathrooms, two big bedrooms a kitchen, and a big living room. In all the rooms there is air conditioning and a balcony with a nice view of the sea. Near the apartment (8min walk) there is a supermarket, a beach and a lot of restaurants. It was a really pleasant and comfortable stay. I really recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Sicily in a comfortable, beautiful, and clean place with a genuinely caring host. We had a wonderful time and we won't forget this experience.
