We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We had requested a family room and received one with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed—both were very comfortable, and it worked perfectly for us as a family of three. The bathroom was also well designed, and we especially appreciated the large walk-in shower. The hotel is located in a quiet and attractive area, close to the seaside, with a lovely view from our room. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of sweet options and an excellent range of cereals; the vegetable selection was adequate, though it could have been slightly more varied.

A lovely clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. We booked the hotel for it's outdoor pool, only to realise later that it was out of season and it would be shut. The staff let us use it though and brought sunlougers out too. The sheets and towels were changed daily. Super clean and attentive to detail.

We messaged the property a month or 2 before our stay to request a baby cot and a kettle to boil the baby’s water. They promised that these will be given to us when we arrive. Unfortunately these were not available on our first night and were provided on our 2nd day.

Good hotel gym and clean enough. The staff were all helpful and easy to chat to.

We stayed here off season (rainy and cold), whereas all in and around this hotel is built for an enjoyable stay during the season (25+ degrees Celcius); flooring typically built for hot weather (stone floors, also in the rooms)

The property is a wonderful looking place with amazing facilities. It is obviously a place to come and heal, relax, and recover from injuries mainly. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was nice to wake up to. The saving grace for us were the two waiters in the restaurant. Michelin star level service, impeccable! The food almost matched.
