The location of the property was great and in walking distance to the beach and foot/bike paths that go all the way into Kingscliff. Apartment 11 was beautifully furnished and renovated, the pool was amazing.

Direct access to the pool was great for the kids. Make sure you don’t stay in the pool later than the 9pm curfew (we didn't know this on the first night). The agro residents will voice their concerns rather loudly.

Great family stay on ground floor with poolside terrace, two carparks, and two fridges. Well maintained pool area. Great layout, and acoustics.

No air conditioning. Very embarrassing for my guests was like sleeping in a sweat box, after calling reception about air conditioner not working was told they have provided fans for us to use, totally unacceptable for the price we paid. Main fan in lounge room did not even work. Would not recommend this apartment to any one. My children stayed in another apartment in this complex with air conditioning it was lovely .definitely recommend no one stays in apartment 38 in the summer months, disgraceful !

Easy check in, with good information and explanation of the process from reception staff. Parking for two cars undercover was great. The apartment was very spacious with three queen bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, terrace and roof top space. Very nice vibe, very secure, very clean. Would highly recommend, great for families or three couples.

Most of the kitchen utensils were missing. Only 1 saucepan. Air conditioning did not turn on.

Very light and airy, nice big TV, lovely big balcony, very good kitchen supplies, spacious, fantastic location close to the beach, two parking spaces underground, lift access, secure building

Location was great and the apartment had plenty of room.

The location was good, and the room was mostly well-presented but there were a few issues that you wouldn't expect from a $400 a night room.
