“Must place to stay on Camino”
Exceptional service from ours hosts. We arrived after a day of walking & our room was ready & very clean. My wife had injured her knee & was unable to come down stairs for dinner, but I was able to order dinner from the bar and it was delivered to our room without any inconvenience to our hosts. Would highly recommend this place for anyone doing the Camino de Santiago.

Hosts were excellent, good room and were able to dry our wet camino clot h especially and shoes after walking in the rain. Great bar - lovely wine and hot chocolates. Enjoyed my lasagne

“An oasis on the Camino.”
Camino on the doorstep. Hosts were very welcoming despite the language barrier. Comfortable beds. Excellent food in the bar. Highly recommend.

Location location. I really enjoyed my stay at El manzano. The people working here are very kind and helpful. Beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee available at breakfast time. Very pleasant and reasonable stop on the camino. This hotel is old school with a country feel, and has it all. Highly recommend.

Evidently popular with locals as well as pilgrims. Lovely welcome and great atmosphere on a warm, sunny afternoon. Garden is a fab sun trap. Muddy Waters playing in background. Room was rustic, spotless and very comfy and in room 2 (twin) we had a view of the castle. Host happy to prepare dinner a bit earlier than the default 7pm we’ve had at most other restaurants. Superb mixed salad followed by chicken paella. Generous portions. Highly recommended for walkers. One of the best stays on our 30 day Camino.
