Great experience, lovely palafito. The balcony and views were great, just like the pictures. We thought the area was very quiet and safe. The centre is just a 5-minute drive or 15/20 minutes walk from the hotel (beware it's very steep though!). All in all a great place to stay in Castro.

Noisy with rain. Card machine they said wasn't working, offered to pay in Dollars, they accepted, but changed mind, asked for Chilean peasos, so paid much more as we didn't convert it ourselves. Lost out our bonus discount booking. com had given.

Extraordinary facilities. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensiles. Perfect location on a palafite with a terrace with a magnificient view. Loved it!

Beautifully located and very clean apartment with views onto the lake and other palafitos. Simple yet beautiful interior. The beds are very comfy! The kitchens contains all the necessary basics to prepare simple meals.

The view was stunning. looked out into lake, whole apartment was very private. Gas central heating. Bathtub and nicely hot water.

The location and the view are outstanding. The bathroom was quite nice, and the way that the room was finished with wood was beautiful.

NIce interior and beautiful view. Spacious and very clean. Helpful staff. Good place to relax for a few days and get away from the dull interior design of most other Chilenean hotels and apartments we stayed in.
