“Beautiful views”
I loved this hostel. The staff were great, the location is beautiful and the rooms weren't too cramped compared to other hostels I have stayed in. The kitchen was very clean and spacious with everything I needed

“A fantastic place that invites you to come back.”
A very unique place that is historic and very modern inside. Comfy, quiet, great kitchen and social area. Walking distance to downtown (850m to Plaza de Armas and Church - and 1.3K to boat tours and seawall). Very clean with sufficient space. Parking is on the street - we always had space available.

“Hostal Palafito Waiwen. ..Excellent”
This is s lovely place to stay.The room was large and clean with excellent sleep quality.I had the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water were free of charge and always available.The location was excellent-with great views over the fjord and a pleasant walk into Plaza de Armas....Many thanks to Claudio for being friendly and welcoming....There is also a great restaurant close by....Top marks...10 out of 10.

“Excellent option, if not in the centre”
Not exactly in the centre but a great location nonetheless! The room was super comfortable and the staff very friendly. I wish I’d had more time to stay there and use the deck that overlooks the estuary!

“Lovely hostel and location on the water”
Claudio very helpful in staying late to let us in following our late bus. Also very helpful generally throughout our stay including helping us move a night when id booked the wrong night!

Beautiful palafito hostel. 5 - 10 minutes walk to centre of town. Great kitchen, big windows, lots of light. Thank you!
