Great communication from property about check-in. Bathroom was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Property is located in the old town, near beach and on the camino path.

Absolutely super high end Pension in Castro-Urdiales. Right in the city centre of one of the highlights of my Camino Norte. Castro Urdiales was incredible. Highest price I paid for accommodation on my Camino but the room and facilities were very impressive.

Room was hot like a sauna and noisy. Air conditioning costs 15€ extra! Would not recommend.

“Quiet location in the old part of town”
Good location in the old part of the town. No lift; the owner could see we were struggling to get our bicycles up the stairs, so came and helped us. Spacious pleasant room. Breakfast is not at the property, but you can buy a voucher for breakfast in the cafe opposite, or go to a different cafe or bar.

The location is in the old central city near bakeries, cafes, mobile phone stores and many other charming small businesses. The Cathedral, lighthouse, and marina are 5 minutes away. We got the room with a roof patio and could not be happier even if the walk up four levels after an 18 mile walk with full backpacks was more challenging than usual.
