“Best location for a dip in the sea”

The location is outstanding as it is the only hotel at Castro Marina directly on the shore. The hotel's private lido is great - but 25Euro per day if you opt for a sunlounger - and direct access to the sea is terrific. You can park at the hotel - having reserved and at 15Euro per day - which is really useful. Breakfast is 10Euro each for a buffet.

Location is beautiful just in front of the Castro marina port. Very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast overlooking the sea was great.

Everything apart from the fact that the ladder to the sea was taken away and it was too dangerous to get in and out. Very bad for a beachfront property!

Hotel La Roccia is located right in the Marina and on the waterfront. Older style hotel with a few modern additions. Excellent location and views with access to beach chairs/beach club. Room was very spacious and quite basic but good value for money. Staff were always helpful. Walking distance to great swimming spots, cafes and restaurants. You walk to the old hill top town in about 20 minutes or take the tourist train for the uphill walk.

The location was excellent, breakfast was varied and there was alot of choice, The staff were really helpful and polite from the restaurant, reception to the cleaning team. The out door balcony was great and provided a great view of the ocean.

Amazing views and fantastic service. The location can't be beat! We were able to reserve a parking spot, which was only 5 euros for the one night, but if we didn't have parking it may have been tricky to get to. But once there it's super easy to walk around town.

“A slice of paradise”

Excellent location, right by the water with deck chairs for hotel guests free of charge. There are sun loungers but it’s €30. There’s beach towels at reception to use too. The hotel must have had a recent refurb as the paint is all fresh and everything in very good condition. Breakfast was all you’d need - pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, meats and cheese. Fresh juice and coffee too. Great view from balcony. There’s a car park that you can reserve a space which is very handy. Otherwise I think parking could be tricky for the area.

The location and private beach were fabulous. The view from our balcony was amazing. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
